Disgusting customer service. On entering a woman downstairs decided to look my husband and I up and down instead of actually serving ha. We then went upstairs where we received no welcome from a young lady upstairs either so we left. Foul
The best Hacket store in London. The entire team is brilliant. Special shout out to Davide and Jeff. The service is personalised and attentive but not intrusive nor pushy. The collection is always up to date and the quality is excellent. My latest purchase involved tailoring and the result was just perfect. Highly recommend it.
This is my favorite Hackett Store thanks to the friendly and nice team but in particular, Daniel is a legend!! Nothing is too much trouble for him. Anytime I come here he has a big and genuine smile and he provides me with a personalised shopping experience. He helped me to choose a gift for my son in a busy evening. Thank you Daniel! My son was so happy!

Incredibly professional team at Hackett Sloane Street. Each employee takes their time and provides esoteric advice based on the clients needs. Davide, was an absolute star and helped me choose 4 suits, whilst spending hours ensuring I made the right choices. I’m incredibly particular and appreciated the advice. The bespoke service upstairs lead by Donald & Phil is incredibly impressive. They both know tailoring like the back of their hands! The culture of the store is incredibly warm and Welcoming which is certainly lead by the manager Jeff. Keep up the good work. Adam Flaherty

Very bad experience at the Sloane Street branch. I was told to send my new velospeed jacket here as they had a tailor. The jacket was put through the wash for the first time and the pocket came away. They had it 3 weeks and told me it was repaired. The manager, Jeff told me that he was sending it to a dry cleaners as a gesture of goodwill. I was then sent a picture saying that the dry cleaners were unable to get rid of a stain. What stain, I said! There was no stain and not only that, the jacket wasn't repaired like I'd been told, the pocket was missing altogether. I complained and I've since been told that a new jacket has been arranged for me. These are the before and after photos. No apology and they don't respond to my emails. The point is, if they'd been honest and said that they'd messed the jacket up and were replacing it, all this could have been avoided. Instead of that, they told me it was repaired and then sent it to the dry cleaners to try and get the mark out, not as a gesture of goodwill. I'm still waiting for an apology.
Great suits, terrible service. Ordered a suit and asked for it to be ready on the same day as an event. They left the security tags on so i couldn't use it for said event . They also refused to refund my taxi fees spent travelling back to the shop the following day to get said tags removed. I'd be less annoyed if the suit was damaged as that's not somthing I'd expect a shop assistant to perhaps notice, but to leave the tags on and then refuse to reimburse me 2% of the value of the item I paid for (700 quid suit) to cover my costs incurred fixing their mistake is frankly beyond annoying.
Great for smart casual menswear and bespoke tailoring. Service is surprisingly not stuffy or snooty. Suits are good quality and plenty of materials to choose from. Shop assistants are very knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. Even though the shop is modern, the service is old school and charming. Check out the gorgeous looking barber shop inside Hackett offering classic grooming services.
