So dirty and grimy. If you touch any surface your hand comes away with grime on it. Clothes strewn all over the floor with no care
I am quite fond of this store, from the layout to everything else. The clothes are displayed on the racks in a clever manner, making it enjoyable to browse through until you find something you fancy. Additionally, I appreciated the rustic appearance of the changing room. I tried on a stunning dress, but decided not to purchase it since I already own a similar style at home.
Terrible experience, NOT RECOMMENDED The staff: simply clueless and non-responsive. The prices on the labels are all over the place, the sale prices not updated and when I kindly asked the staff to check for me they simply wouldn’t, just to get to the checkout and pay smth else than what was on the label. They don’t check sizes if you ask them, you’re supposed to go through the whole shop to find your size. The changing rooms are dirty (see photo) and poorly lit creating a very uncomfortable shopping experience. There are pots of plants that are dying, clearly the staff doesn’t take care of them and they are just rotting there, clearly no-one will ever buy them. The clothes have flaws - I bought a top too just to come home and see that it has a massive hole in the back. Luckily I could exchange it.
Found some amazing deals here in some really great funky clothes. The store itself however was a total mess.
What a complete mess of a store, I've never ever seen a store in such a terrible condition, totally off putting. It wasn't even very busy when we went inside. Staff sat around.
I shopped here in my 20's and now in my 40's my daughter shops here. It's still got a real mix of funky and classic pieces to sort everyone.
An amazing refurbishment of the building, exposed steel girders etc and big open space. Great range of clothes. A shame all the promo photos were all the standardly skinny models rather than a real range of people of all shapes and sizes.
Very lovely shop, very spacious store. Love the upstairs of the store, the windows. Lost a star because of the extortionate prices of the items...
