This is truly a great shop! I walked in the other day shortly before closing time, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful and we had a good conversation. He gave me great advice on which size would work best for me for loafers and even kept the shop open just for me. I can highly recommend his excellent advice and will definitely come back to buy a pair of G.H. Bass loafers.
What a simpatico lot at this iconic shop in Carnaby. I just purchased some super comfy cool Blundstone boots - it was hard to choose! Donβt have your size in the colour you fancy? Theyβll order them to come in next week. Super helpful, great people in the shop. I cannot rate it highly enough.
Love this place. Always try and shop in person at the store because they have such a great selection. But if I can't make the journey the online service is spot on. Great advice and if you have any queries just call and speak to someone who's real, who cares and takes pride in their business.
Excellent store which is a source of Americana inspiration. Friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. This was my first visit. Purchased a Crescent DownWorks down vest which I think is superb. Thanks for the great advice. Will be back soon.
Attitude for no reason. They look at you like you don't deserve it, they can't he bother to explain or help before you spend Β£300 on a pair of jeans. Shame that their selling style is not up there with the rest of the products.
SCAM! I would rather give minus stars if I can. The worst customer service ever also. I sent 4 emails to them however no reply for 2 weeks and tried really hard to reject my refund. I returned my order 4 months ago but still haven't received my refund. Don't waste your time and shop elsewhere you will save more time and money deal with them. They are lack of customer care and normal sense of their business. They don't take care of their customers and ignored me and my request every time. Please don't waste your time with them as they are awful and ridiculously rude and careless.
Very good online shopping experience. I like how the products are photographed instead of modelled. Good layout and descriptions without being βcuratedβ. My only suggestion is an βemail me when back in stockβ feature as Iβd like a zipper pair also. I bought a pair of Levisβ the day after Boxing Day which were despatched the same day and received the following day by a free recorded delivery service.
Bought a hard-to-find item to be shipped to the USA over the internet. All of my questions were answered rapidly via email. Shipping was very prompt, and the item was received quickly - everything was exactly as described and Iβm delighted with my purchase. Kudos to American Classics for their excellent selection of merchandise and their stellar and efficient service!
Fantastic shop with lots of great quality products and superb staff who will kindly help you with any enquiry. E.g. I bought a pair of outstanding trainers with a slight scratch in one of the laces and the staff didn't hesitate to replace them immediately. 100% recommend
