   After reading the reviews I really want to stick for sales assistants! I’m shocked people still think that they are treated in a certain way because of their skin or nationality not because of their attitude. The latter must be the problem. I came to browse only and I received compliments from all representatives from all departments. Small talk, they wanted to help, but I was only wandering around. I am genuinely a smiley positive person and that’s what you attract back if you shine from inside. The store is flawless btw! Next time will buy something for sure

   I purchased in the past from this store a lot and it was very lovely and kind people but recently the workers have been having attitude bad customer service not smiling or welcoming at all they don’t package the purchases as they should aswell like they just want you out their hair

   Ralph Lauren Brompton Cross sanctuary for discrimination when you're black. As soon as I arrived a member of staff approached, trying to intimidate me, perhaps sending a clear message that I don't belong there due to the colour of my skin. One of the worst parts was when they sent a woman of Asian background to chase me down the stairs as if I am a thief. She spent all the time harassing me and asking discriminatory questions. In contrast, when a white lady arrived she was polite, attentive and human to her. They even sent an armed security to track all my movements. The saddest aspect of it is that they can convince their black staff to discriminate against blacks customers. Worst of the worst.

   Unmotivated staffs, Lack of morals. To be honest, I didn't want to post like this review. Because, I always visited this branch in order to collect it when i purchase the item on the website. However, I thought that they need to know how the customers feel like experience in here.

   The rudest staff I've ever come across. Annoyed that you want to try stuff making you wait for ages while they fold just to make a point security guy staring at you all the staff on their phones not looking up when you ask them a question ruined the reputation of ralph lauren. Also shouldn't be wearing black socks with brown loafers as staff awful dress sense for a working staff

   Horrible horrible service! I am a black American woman who was followed around the store by an average height brunette white girl who was in the basement on 30/12/22. I should have tried to get her name. At first I thought maybe I was being paranoid, but every room I went to, she was sure to soon be behind me. My husband is a white American male. We left the store without making a purchase. He is who we were shopping for. At dinner that night I said to him that the racism here is just as bad as the racism at home, and he replied by mentioning the girl following me and that being his reason for not making a purchase. What an embarrassment to the establishment. Little did she know we would have easily made a large purchase. I wouldn't travel to another country to steal dear. I hope the next person she does that to confronts her. I feel like a coward for not doing so, but this is not my home, so I should be more careful.

   A very unusual but pleasant experience- you are personally seen to by a member of staff who offers a selection of clothes based on your needs. Everything was of the high quality you would expect from Ralph Lauren.

   I was disgusted hearing staff mocking people outside who were overweight and not in designer wear. It's hideous to see people who appear to be very fortunate in life looking down on others like that. I hope I never have cause to return.

   Racists most of the staff! Nothing personal but I used to work over there, but after couple of month i resigned my job cuz of the staff. Thank you rest of remaining staff :) Oh just to let you know guys, 3 of my agencies staff let your store cuz of the same reason!

   The perfect Ralph Lauren store. Out of the way, quiet and beautifully laid out. The team there are incredibly friendly and helpful. Greeted with a smile and everyone says goodbye to you on the way out. A chap called Christopher has been exceptionally helpful to me as of late. It is an absolute pleasure doing business in there.
