   Safaa was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked through the door. I came to have a look at the private sales, and she immediately came over, assisted me, and shared so many great ideas. She has such a wonderful energy, and her styling advice was excellent, even though I didn’t end up buying anything. She was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you very much for everything, Safaa. I will definitely be coming back soon.

   The Joseph boutique in Duke of York is a secluded retail space located on a busy high street. The store's interior features a minimalist aesthetic, characterized by open glass walls lighting that creates an uplifted low-key atmosphere. The clothing selection focuses on timeless, foundational pieces in a neutral color palette, rather than the bold prints and vibrant designs found in other contemporary fashion brands. The collection emphasizes classic essentials and subtle tones. A notable aspect of the visit was the high standard of customer service. The staff were attentive, approachable, and responsive to questions, offering a significant contrast to the impersonal service sometimes encountered in modern retail. One sales associate, a Maroccian, was particularly helpful and engaged in a friendly and professional manner. The team as a whole demonstrated a clear willingness to assist customers. For instance, when I expressed interest in women's clothing, a curated selection was promptly presented, and various sizes were offered without hesitation. The store's fitting rooms were both clean and spacious. The overall quality of the service and products was above the typical retail standard. While the prices are generally affordable, the quality of some items may occasionally be inconsistent. The store manager, a woman of Latino heritage, was also present during the visit. Unfortunately her unwelcoming demeanor and pushy on sale aggressive attitude didn't contribute to a pleasant and professional environment for both customers and staff. You can clearly notice tension between staff members and manageress. The only minor point of improvement would be the absence of complimentary refreshments for customers.
