Poor customer service at the till , inexperienced staff at the till 9n a busy Saturday afternoon. Had ordered some stuff online to collect in store. Wanted to do swap around but they have a different and weird system , ended up having a refund as their system would not allow the change around. One price on their online store and a higher price in the shop. Most shops match their online price but not over here. Doesn't look like I would use this branch again. Good for collection and returns , best to shop online with Reiss as the prices are better than in the shop.

Lovely and kind staffs. I give them 10 out of 10 which is a masterpiece. Adela was so nice to me the best.

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Reiss. Thanks to the outstanding service provided by a very nice gentleman called Carlo! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel very welcome. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers. Carlo went above and beyond to ensure I had a great shopping experience. His professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent customer service truly reflect well on the store. I’ll definitely be returning, and I hope to be assisted by him again!

From the moment I stepped into the Reiss store on the Upper Mall, I was struck by its effortless elegance. The minimalist storefront, with muted tones and chic visual merchandising, felt inviting, like walking into a stylish friend’s wardrobe. Inside, the vibe was clean and contemporary, with clothes displayed thoughtfully, nothing felt crowded or overwhelming. The store ambiance perfectly matches Reiss’s reputation for timeless fashion with a modern edge . The team at Brent Cross were fantastic. I was greeted quickly, and an associate named Antonio (or a similar staffer, if you were there) was exceptionally helpful, her styling suggestions were spot on and not pushy at all. The whole experience felt tailored yet relaxed, and reminded me of a savvy stylist guiding you through the best pieces. They offer some very modern shopping conveniences, click & collect, personal shopping, and tailoring services all on hand should you want that perfect fit or a one-to-one styling sesh. I fell for a beautifully structured blazer (in a timeless neutral), the quality felt premium. Reiss nails that polished, elevating-your-everyday look that suits both work and weekend. Their menswear and womenswear ranges both felt fashion-forward without being overly trendy. • The store can get a bit busy on weekends, making it slightly hard to browse leisurely. • While mostly smooth, I did notice mixed feedback about quality and sizing inconsistencies in broader online reviews, but I personally found my item excellent. If you’re after wardrobe staples that blend classic design with modern polish, Reiss at Brent Cross is a gem. Great location, well-curated collection, and exceptional in-store service make it one of my go-to stops. The personal touch from staff like Antonio, paired with thoughtful services like tailoring and personal shopping, made the experience feel bespoke. Would I return? Absolutely, and I’ll likely treat myself to another stylish find, maybe even that tailoring service next time!

I’m really disappointed with this brand. I bought a shirt and only hand washed it once before wearing it. When I was about to wear it for the first time, I used a compatible iron to press it, and I noticed that the fabric was already ripped and the threads had come apart. I was shocked, for a shirt that’s supposed to be good quality, this is unacceptable. It’s definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money buying from this brand, it’s not worth it. I went to the store to ask for help. One of the staff members was polite and ready to assist, but the lady who said she was the manager was rude and claimed it was burnt, which was not true as there were no burn marks or holes. She didn’t help at all or offer any solution. I left the shop feeling disappointed. I will never go back there, as you pay for something and get no support in return, something I’ve never experienced with other stores, where I’ve always found a solution. It’s a shame that such a well known brand has such unprofessional people working in their store.

Shameful customer service, rude and disrespectful staff. The manager is an example of incompetency and lack of skills. Miles away from what I would expect from Reiss.

Rude and unprofessional staff! I’ve been Reiss central London particularly King’s road and Regents street customer for many years but sadly their Brent Cross boutique doesn’t live up with Riess reputation at all. A white big built staff, who refused to give us his name, ignored us and walked away when we asked for his assistance! We heard him making fun of customers with his colleague. We raised the concern with the duty manager Paula but she started defending them! It looked like Discriminatory and bullying behaviour of staff wasn’t an issue to her.

The clothes of the women were amazing and a Little Bit expensive but those are elegant.
