Went today and had the special pork sandwich with apple sauce and stuffing. Lovely friendly atmosphere, I don't live locally but definitely will always stop by when in the area, keep up the great work.

Superb. Between the three of us we had two breakfasts and the pancakes with Bacon and Honey, Lattes and some Soft drinks. It was all beautifully cooked and tasted great. Coffee was good. Service was excellent, pricing was good too. We can all highly recommended it and well worth a visit If you're in town.

Nice little gem of a cafe hidden away in chesterfield town centre, the waiting on staff was friendly and welcoming and the food matched the service would recommend to all thinking of choosing an independent cafe while in chesterfield

Great food, great service. Popped in to have lunch with my two young sons and received a warm welcome. Plenty of options on the menu for both older and younger customers. My two lads say the milkshakes are amazing! Prices are also very reasonable. Certainly better value than the chain-restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, good value food. Cooked fresh while you wait. Latte was still hot even though it was served first. Nice place

Saturday lunchtime visit with a friend. We were spoilt for choice looking at the menu ! I had Eggs Benedict - the eggs were spot on and my friend had the Pigs in Blankets cob with homemade roasties on the side. Great well presented food reasonably priced and lovely pleasant staff. Cannot wait to visit again.

This cafe is OK. But my coffee was only lukewarm. I ordered a bacon sandwich asked for ketchup but in never arrived.

The food was a let down. The menu looks good, the prices very reasonable and the staff are wonderful and friendly. Came just after opening and it was still quite quiet. The food was OK but quite basic. You could see in the preparation area which looked minimally equipped. Second time eating here was quite busy. You could see that the food was being prepared in a rush due to this. Had a toastie and the bread was very thick (not like on the fb pictures) and the fries were cooked but definitely not crispy and almost had a raw taste. The toast that came with the second meal was also very thick. This wasn't a problem but unusual to be served the crust end slice of the bread. Not enough topping to enable such a large quantity of bread to be enjoyable. Coffees weren't served with a saucer, although other tables had them and far too much cordial added to the cooler which was warm despite the ice. Definitely think this place has room for improvement and there also needs to be a clear definition between the bistro and cafe next door.
