Great service at the Brent Cross store. Returned a pair of trainers I had purchased online as an Xmas pressie for my daughter. They arrived looking used. The manager explained they would have been despatched from a store being on the shop front where people may have tried them on.
Second time in this store and the staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful! Definitely going back again for all my ted baker shopping
Comfortable the worst customer service from any business ever. The Ted Baker sales representative (middle age female, grey curly hair, sassy) accused me of foul play when queried a missing item from an online order picked up a day before. The language used by them was very accusative added with animated finger pointing. The individual did not offer to help or check their system at all but insisted should have checked at the time of pick up. My initial request check the storeroom was denied as they said they were too busy apparently. Upon further and firm request to check the back, the individual went in with significant resentment and returned with the missing item within a few minutes. Considering the previous interaction an apology or acknowledgment of error was out of question, instead they went onto to blame Ted Baker Online service. If I wasn’t so embarrassed, I would have burst with laugher at their incompetence. The item in question was worth £60 on £460 order. This has been flagged to Ted Baker Customer Service.

Ted Baker products are always good, but this specific store has terrible staff. I find very hard to get their attention and when I asked them something they looked very annoyed. For such pricy brand, their customer service should be excellent.
