Walked past the shop today β€” quite the scene, really. That same old blonde lady stationed at the entrance, and not a single customer in sight. A perfect example of how poor customer service and a consistently bad attitude can work wonders for business. Despite all the feedback left by customers, not so much as an apology on Google Maps β€” let alone any sign of changing the staff. Remarkable consistency, if nothing else

I received absolutely disgusting service here. I tried on a dress and a lady who worked there claimed it was too small and was poking and squeezing me in several different areas of my body. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour which had me in shock and quite frankly distressed because I’m in early recovery of anorexia. I will be making a formal complaint about this, avoid at all costs.

I absolutely love this store! The manager is wonderful and so respectful , and the most of the staff are always friendly and helpful . Their service is excellent, and I always have a great experience shopping here. I’m a regular customer and always leave satisfied. Highly recommend.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Hampstead store, particularly from the store manager, Loraine. Who was rude, unkind, unhelpful and quite frankly needs to be put on a customer service training course. Recently, I visited your Regent Street store in search of a white jacket for my upcoming wedding day. The sales assistant was extremely helpful in assisting me with various options. As it was difficult to make a decision without having the dress with me, she recommended that I take three white coats home to try on, which I did. Unfortunately, none of the jackets were suitable for my outfit, so I left them in the Reiss bag in which they were sold, intending to return them on the morning of my hen do a few weeks later. Upon visiting my local Hampstead store, I was met with appalling treatment from Loraine, the store manager. She callously refused to accept the coats back, citing their crumpled condition, despite my explanation that they had been untouched since purchase and stored in the original bag (and really they weren’t that bad). Despite my sincere explanation of the situation, Loraine adamantly declined my request for a return of one of the jackets, leaving me distressed and in tears. As advised by Loraine, I contacted customer service, who assured me that the jackets could be returned and even offered to send a postage box. However, the very next day, when I visited the Regent Street store again, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff there accepted the return without any hesitation or interrogation. This stark contrast in treatment between the Regent Street store and the actions of Loraine highlights a significant discrepancy in customer service standards within your company. Loraine’s behaviour was not only unreasonable but also deeply upsetting and unprofessional.

My recent experience at Reiss Hampstead was unfortunately far from satisfactory. I feel the need to express my disappointment with the service provided by an elder blonde lady at the store. Her behavior was both rude and unprofessional, leaving me feeling harassed and disheartened. And this is not the first time she has abused her position at the store. During my visit to return items, which I was well within my rights to do so, the encounter quickly turned sour as the lady decided to confront me in front of other customers. Her approach was threatening and completely uncalled for. As a loyal customer who spends a considerable amount, approximately Β£5000 a year, on purchases from the brand, I expected to be treated with respect and understanding. Esp. as she can see this on my account which she purposefully overlooked while I asked her to, despite telling me she can see the full history of my account. Furthermore, the situation was made even more distressing as I was accompanied by my little girl, and the lady's disrespectful demeanor was unacceptable in that context. Customer service should always prioritize empathy and courtesy, qualities that were sadly lacking in this particular instance. This store employee should be trained to handle situations with sensitivity and professionalism. Resorting to rude behavior and exercising a false sense of power is simply unacceptable. Given the other complaints against her in google reviews, the management of Reiss Hampstead should take this matter seriously and address the issue promptly. It is essential to ensure that all customers, regardless of their circumstances, are treated with the utmost respect and provided with the service they deserve. The necessary actions should be taken to avoid similar unpleasant experiences for others in the future.

5 stars to Yoko, sales assistant, she is LOVELY, helpful and passionate about the brand. Unfortunately 3 stars because the main sales assistant who assisted to retrieve the online order to collect for me lacked basic customer service skills, and was quite unwelcoming to he honest. A disappointment as I love the brand and buy regularly when i can. Just love the autumn collection ✨️

We wanted to visit the store that should have closed at 6 pm but it's 5.30 pm and it's already closed.

Awful experience. I had to order a dress from a shop in London since they didn’t have my size. My partner went to pick it up and it was wrapped in a plastic bag, all crumpled, it looked nothing like the one I tried in the shop. I couldn’t wear it for that evening, had to buy another dress and when I went to bring it back for a refund in the Reiss in Hampstead, a blonde lady at the counter refused to do so saying I washed it when I never wore it. Basically she called me lier. Β£200 spent on a dress that I have to take to ironing before wearing it, not refund given and I got insulted as well. Outrageous. Lost a good customer.

A lot of stores miss a trick by only having twenty somethings in their store. Reiss is very clever and have a variety of ages working in their store which is fab! Sometimes you need a more mature eye and mind. I ordered items from the Brent Cross store to the hampstead store and they arrived the following morning. They also held a pair of trousers for me until the next day which they don't usually do but I was desperate and had ordered the jacket to match. Staff were very helpful. The trousers needed taking up and they recommend going to American Dry Cleaners up the road. You get a 20% discount if you come from Reiss as well. The hemming there is immaculate. Shirley did mine. Be prepared to spend monies in here. My suit cost around Β£400 possibly more. But it is beautiful and will last for years. Great job Reiss!

It’s a shame because I used to shop here all the time spending a lot of money on dresses and blazers for work but the manager an older blonde lady is so so rude. No people skills , no manners so impolite it’s put me off ever going in there. Such a shame beautiful clothes wrong Manager in charge and after seeing all these awful reviews about her why hasn’t she got the sack yet.
