Grubby place . Not impressed . Tables full of dirty pots . Cheap margarine Perfect if you like low quality food
Had full breakfast, poor sausage eggs, where messy ,black pudding tasteless ,tomato sauce was pink
Over priced. Decor OK. Toilet needs attention, looks unclean and dingy. Then on way back from wc, I saw the state of the air fryer..... OMG disgusting. Order was wrong, asked for egg and beans on toast. Got egg on toast. They did put it right, except they put the beans over the eggs!! Tea was not a mug. Taste was fine. The bread was very thick cut and tasty Staff preparing food seemed to have a cold and was constantly wiping her nose on back of her hand. None had hair nets or hats etc. Would not come here again.
Old school cafe with good food. Better quality bacon than 80% of other locals. Good quality food for a good price. Can’t beat it for a builders breakfast.
Owner is very rude and the food is disgusting do not order from this place owner likes to make threats then doesn’t have the bottle to repeat them when the police turn up.
Don’t order from here ever. Would give 0 star if I could. They took my money and didn’t deliver food. My order was supposed to be here between 12:10-12:25 I rang up at 12:30 and a women told me it was on the way. Then at 1pm and it still not arriving I rang back, I was greeted with a aggressive man shouting and swearing after I asked why it hadn’t been delivered. He then ended the phone and I got a notification through saying you have cancelled the order and because it was already being made. DONT EVER GO HERE WORSE TAKEAWAY IN SHEFFIELD.
Lovely traditional style Cafe. Staff are friendly ,welcoming and down to earth.Relaxing atmosphere and excellent food ,all at a good price .
Friendly service and good food for the price. Mostly had bacon sandwiches which have always been good. Had a few treats which have been good too. Seats and tables available
In recent orders food arrived almost 2 hours after ordering each time. Called once to simply ask for an update as food was late by nearly 30 minutes pasted latest estimate and was shouted off the phone by staff (reported this to UberEats). Rude staff and average food at best.
Ordered at 12pm. Was told delivery would be at 1pm. At half past 2 I cancelled the order. Only for them to turn up five minutes later. They gave us the order for free anyways as they were here. Apologised profusely and promised a free breakfast the following day. Between 9 and half past. So we skipped breakfast waiting for this, with money actually ready to pay as we thought this was a nice gesture and would pay as we felt this was fair. They never showed up, so we've spent a morning hungry after waiting two and a half hours the day before for what was basically 2 sausages, 4 bacon and 2 eggs to be cooked. *Edit* Promised breakfast arrived at 11am, so fair on them for following through, but again, two hours later than said. I understand it's a difficult time, but I got robbed off three times with "it's next out, or "it's just left." When it hadn't, and it seems a few people on just eat have had a two hour plus wait as well. Just be honest with your customers about delivery times and backlog. We'd understand, just don't lie to us.
