Superb pub! Everyone extremely friendly, great music with requests allowed for karaoke, Tom the owner is fabulous, great drinks selection - absolutely 10/10

Great atmosphere and a lovely local pub. The food is amazing you must try !!! And the line up of beers is really impressive + the staff are all so friendly and chatty :))
Went with my son for a drink. Lovely little pub, friendly staff and the locals are nice. Good place for a quiet drink in the afternoon.
Didn't have food just drinks and first time going there. Was not disappointed. They have TVs and music. Lovely staff, great service and bonus they had my favourite gin that nowhere else sells. Definitely will be back.
Definitely a locals pub but no issues here. Seating is quite limited as it's a small pub but we got a perfect seat to watch the match. Good choice of beers and drinks all round! Would certainly go back.

We visited this pub while in York, it was a lovely, dog friendly local pub, we enjoyed the music and ppl, the two barmen was really friendly, and it was very clean.And you could get a pint a large wine and a packet of nuts for under a tenner. Absolutely brilliant, definitely will be back next time we visit York
What a lovely place to go and check the history . Truly worth a visit and the guides very informative. The bedroom was spooky with the sound of snoring lol
Great little English pub. Very friendly staff. A selection of beers both on tap and bottled, all very reasonably priced. An alfresco beer garden out the back. One of many in the street. Well worth a visit and a bit away from all the "touristy " pubs. Well worth discovering.
