   Not as advertised! We did not buy our bed in White city, we shopped in one of the other stores off Oak Furniture land. We bought a bed. The backboard is poorly made it has an extra groove all around because it hasn't been fitted together properly. It looks too small for the rest of the bed. The back of the backbord looks a mess, it's not nice and clean as displayed in the store or online. Our is full of woodpices screwed in too keep the parts together. The bed looks mended with what they could find and nobody bothered to find a matching colour with the rest of the bed. The bed is "blonde" headboard is not even close to "blonde". The worst part is we bought it because of the big beds slates (proper wide and every slate goes the full width each individually screwed in the frame) you can see that booth in store and online. That is not what you get, you get 4 sets (2 for each side) of thin slates connected by fabric and 2 screws for each top and bottom. The main reasons why we choose this oakbed "Copenhagen " was the slates, the oak and the "clean lines" of the bed. The delivery guys was great .

   If I could leave no stars I would. Miss sold in store that they would assemble everything on site. Take a day off for delivery and it all comes pre built on the truck and there’s no way they can get it up the stairs. Items don’t even come in flat pack so there is no way to ever get it up to my bedroom. Tried to cancel everything and I’m charged £80 for the delivery even though it was never delivered and has inconvenienced me. Absolute joke. Customer service should be wavering this charge over miss selling. But instead I’m told because I signed a waver and technically they are assembling it because the top comes off the pre built wardrobe I just have to swallow it or they wouldn’t refund the cost of thousands for the item. That delivery fee was nonsense and I felt I was being held to ransom for it. Imagine charging a dissatisfied customer who’s been mislead £80 just to get their money back. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. On a lighter note the delivery lads were sound and mentioned that this happens all the time.

   I brought double bed from this company, last Sunday they delivered but when i open the bed its one part its broken and i straight away i contact the seller and sent the pictures and video and i told its broken then he/she reply me and first he/ she said its not broken we have checked before delivery but i told him/her when i opened its broken maybe when they loading then maybe broken then she said she will contact with delivery department i said okay then i sent him/her message then he/she said which part its broken then i sent him/ her picture and video but after he/she no reply , they seen my messages but no reply back, its very rude and unprofessional peoples i advice to other peoples please dont buy any stuff by oakland furniture

   Anybody thinking of ordering the furniture from from this company please avoid, I've ordered a armchair from this company in late December and it supposed to arrive between 3 to 5 weeks and I've waited 10 weeks and still no sign of it so I decided to claim back my money. It's rubbish company.

   Had a great shopping experience at trafford Oak Furniture Land. We got out 4 seater sofa from Dean, amazing person. He knows in and out about the everything they have. He gives genuine advice which helps in sorting the right type of furniture for you. Whole staff was super friendly and they give you time to think and don't rush you into buying something. I am definitely going again to Dean to get more furniture for our house.

   Went looking for leather two seater recliner today, and visited all five of the furniture stores in White City. Oak Furniture Land had the largest range at the most reasonable prices. The salesman was extremely helpful, but without being pushy. Oak Furniture Land delivered my suite within a week of ordering it, and I paid for the enhanced delivery so the delivery men unpacked everything, assembled everything, and took all the packing away. Excellent service and at an excellent price so I would definitely use them again. The only hiccup was the time of delivery. I had been told the delivery would take place between 10:30 and 13:30, and would receive a phone call half-an-hour before their arrival. So I was expecting a call by 13:00 at the latest and when I hadn't received one by 13:30 I began to worry. Got a call about 10 minutes later and the delivery took place about twenty minutes after the call. This isn't a complaint. It's an acknowledgement that there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances. It may stop someone else worrying needlessly. The goods arrived on the right day and (almost) within the time scale they gave me. All in all I was very pleased with the service, with the suite, with the price, and with the delivery.
