Dont even go there avoid at all costs!! all scammers sitting there the sofas they brought to us didnt fit our room and we asked for a refund but they argued for 4 weeks not giving a refund
I bought a sofa only around 6 months ago and still had a 1 year warranty on it.It had bad quality(even though we spend £1500 on it) and broke after sitting on it.When we contact him we spoke to him potlitly but he was still very rude and unprofessional. he told us he will not to change the sofa even know we still have a one year warranty on it and hung up on me.He also blocked me and my husband.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Messaged for a price on a tailor made corner sofa gave the measurements but turns around and doesn't give me a exact price and just says £700 per square metre and wants me to come to showroom over 200 miles away which I replied by saying I wanted to order and pay for delivery and they turned around and said that's not how they work! Then has the cheek to tell me "why don't you understand" Would definitely not recommend to anyone as you will have nothing but issues with these cowboys! Just look at there reviews says it all!
I bought two 2-seater and three 3-seater sofas from Sultan Furniture for a total of £2,000. I had expected the sofas to resist daily wear and tear for at least a year. Unfortunately, the furniture quality has proven to be subpar and not worth my price. Upon discovering the defects, I contacted the company for assistance per the warranty, but they unprofessionally denied any fault. Visited this showroom after browsing on line, OMG, couldn't believe the gorgeousness in reality, amazing quality, amazing service. Hassan promised delivery same day, delivery was within 3hrs of leaving the showroom...the furniture is that beautiful, my Mum had come with me, and also bought one when she didn't even need one, definitely 5 stars

I am delighted to have bought a sofa set from Sultan Furniture. The manager, Hasan, is a gentleman as he helped me to choose the right sofa within my budget. He was very patient with me when I was asking him a lot of questions relating to different types of sofa as I wanted to choose the right one for my family. Recently visited Sultan Furniture to buy sofa set, and Hassan attended to us. Hassan provided a good customer service to us. He was honest throughout, and he gave us good advice. He was very patient with us and he answered all our questions without any hesitation. He even called his suppliers in Turkey and we were able to customise our order to meet our needs.
