Awful awful company, if I could give them minus 5!star I would. Bought a Polo Top at the Crawley Superdry Store 2 weeks ago, came into the store to exchange as their XL feels like a large. The staff on the door told me that I can use a bank statement as proof of purchase, got to the till and I got told I cant. I was so disappointed that i left the one i bought earlier with them. Let them put it on the shelf again what a horrible organisation and when i asked for his manager I was told there is no manager I would avoid like the plague.

Neat store and it was the only place in Croydon where I was able to find what I wanted in the style and quality I needed. Everything in the store was on sale at the time but it's not the cheapest store, however items are very good quality and there was a good range of organic items and coats made from recycled bottles. Women's floor had lots to choose from. Only issue is that they were short staffed so it was a bit of a search and a wait to pay but once I did get served the staff were really nice and efficient

Javani was so friendly, welcoming and helpful when I visited the store today. I was so impressed with how he went out of his way to assist me with my enquiry about trainers. Although I didn't make a purchase, he genuinely assisted WITHOUT the typical pressure sales approach and I think he is a fantastic representation of how the Superdry visiting experience should be!
Such a friendly staff member who he always would be delighted to chat with! Lovely array of clothing and the hoodies are just the best! A wonderful shop and experience!
