Unfortunately I have had a dreadful experience from Steve and Wilmslow Kitchen Interiors. Having been lured in by the lovely showroom and a slick ‘nothing is too much trouble’ sales process by Steve the owner I signed up slightly apprehensive about the 100% payment in advance. As soon as the cheque had cleared the relationship changed, almost impossible to get a response to queries. They were keen to start the kitchen ripped everything out, then the kitchen was delayed, then it arrived in the wrong colour, then it arrived again but nearly every unit was not as specified in some way, then the extras started, eg moving water and electrics even though it was clear that these were in the quote, but what can you do when you have no kitchen and have already paid. Their joiner was great but eventually left frustrated by all their mistakes and delays. Weeks later a new joiner arrived with less patience and just did what he could and left. Eventually after lie after lie I employed another company to finish the job. We were their first customer at the Bramhall branch in May and managed to get something finished a week before Christmas, all the while the house was in a mess and we couldn’t cook properly for the family. All in all an absolute disaster. I could go on with details after detail, mistake after mistake, I don’t usually write reviews but the this company will eventually fail and people will loose serious amounts of money.
