    There is one incredibly rude lady with false lashes and dark brown hair. Every time I have gone into the cafe she has had an awful attitude and all my friends have had negative experiences with her. I no longer go to the cafe as I always feel extremely uncomfortable. She talks about you while you are standing there to other staff members and makes lots of rude comments. I do not understand how she still has a job at a student cafe!

    Definitely cheaper if u buy certain drink and snack combos in the SU. But the SU isnt open 247 so the IC cafe is more convenient nonetheless. Friendly staff too.

    Good iced latte, which can be included in meal deal, making it very reasonable. Staff were always very friendly. I recommend downloading the Betterpoints app - you get points for walking around Sheffield, then 500 points will get you a free hot/iced drink at any uni genius outlet.

    It will help you out if you are stuck without something to eat, however the food there is a tad expensive. A few of the snack items are cheaper in the student union building.
