   Traditional pub atmosphere, friendly locals, Sky sports is on but in the background, 1 mile from our house, but worth the walk. Decent selection of beers and spirits, especially good for whisky and bourbon. Dog friendly Highly recommended.

   A well presented pub with a decent choice of beers, etc. There is no tv for sports, but the focus is on a chill time, which is achieved. The decor is modern with good outside space. Seems a bit pricy but you pay for the relaxed ambience. Parking is also limited, but that isnt really an issue for me personally. Hope to be back soon

   I visited with my family on Sunday afternoon. First time we have been since covid. Disappointed that it has changed hands as I got on really well with the last manager. Don't like the addition of the TV and the music was horrifically too loud. You couldn't even escape from it outside. When a live band turned up I couldn't get out quickly enough. It certainly wasn't my idea of a quiet Sunday afternoon drink. On a plus side I must say the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cask beer I had was ok but only 2 to choose from. Might try again a mid week afternoon to see if it's without ear splitting music otherwise never again.

   I generally call in with the dog after his early evening walk. Staff and customers are friendly and welcoming. Real ales and a good selection of other beers and lagers. There is an outdoor seating area with a section under cover - great on warm sunny days.

   Surprising variety of cask options. Clean toilets with fancy doors. Live music on sundays while you charge your car at the osprey. Tight gravel floored beer garden with music from indoors repeated on speakers outside.
