Top pub with a great atmosphere, really friendly punters and cracking management and bar staff. A great place for both football and rugby fans to mix. We travel from York to drink here before and after Castleford Tigers games, wish it was nearer to home, it would defo be our local!
Great pub and atmosphere, good pint and is nothing like it used to be current landlords have redecorated it and cleaned it up and made it into a smashing quality pub.

Excellent local pub, very friendly and welcoming. First time here when visiting my niece & her husband. Sporting nature, very good if you like rugby league and Leeds United. Highly recommended.
