Good friendly local pub with 3/4 cask ales on and various lagers. Open fire and many TVs for sports viewing.

Good local pub. I just popped in at the last minute as a friend was going there. There were quite a few locals in on a midweek afternoon which gave a nice feel. Beers were limited as they had just had a delivery that morning. I was only having one drink anyway as I was driving so not much of an inconvenience to me.
Friendly pub owners and staff, beers kept well. Warm fire quiz night & Bingo Thursday nights.
This is a great little local pub which I dont go in now ive moved out of the village. Went there for a funeral for an Allerton Bywater legend and a great turn out for a great man. Met some old mates and friends.
