   Visited at 11:30 opening time on Sunday to donate clothes. The staff refused to help, saying the system doesn't start until 12:00. They didn't listen to our explanation and we ended up carrying two bags of clothes the whole day. To make matters worse, we later realized they have a mobile donation system, but no one told us. Unhelpful and frustrating experience.

   I used to visit this H&M more often when I lived nearby. Since moving, I go less frequently, but this store is still one of my favorites. The staff are very kind and always helpful. There was a situation where my daughter forgot her bag in the fitting room. We had already finished shopping and left the store, but when we realized what had happened, we came back. The staff returned the bag to us, and everything inside was exactly as it should be. It was very touching to see how much they care about their customers’ belongings, and I’m very grateful for that. Every visit to this store is a pleasant experience. I love the atmosphere there. A wonderful shop.

   No degree of common sense. Was shopping and had picked up some trousers. Went to go and try them on, just before 5.20pm, told I couldn't as they were shutting the changing rooms. Showed the person I literally had one item of clothing and would be a minute maximum, still told, 'no.' In this time I could probably have tried them on! Still tried to ask, saying that it wouldn't make sense for me to buy them, they not fit, and then return to replace. Still a solid no, 'because, we can't.' As I was leaving someone was denied entry at 5.23pm when closing time was 5.30pm, despite her pleas of saying she knew exactly what she wanted and where they were, naming 2 towels. Recognise Sunday trading times are stricter, we are all aware of them, but just poor on all fronts.

   Great selection of stock in the store but the service! 5 or 6 self service tills and only 2 open. 3 till positions and only one member of staff serving/taking payments with 8 people queuing. Where are the staff???? No wonder high street shopping is becoming so scarce. Very frustating

   Overall a large range of clothing to suit all styles. Its fairly accessible, although some aisles are slightly narrow and if you are wheelchair or scooter user you will find a tad difficult to maneuver. A negative point is they have introduced self payment machines high and no space to maneuver. I found totally impossible to use and had to search for a staff member if they could open the till.

   Basic not many options like the big ones, I did not see one Bra and not trying to be terrible for an ex shop manager, what was wrong with the merchandising mixing the ladies with the man clothes with looked like the same and u could not fugure out where was what - that was on Mid Feb.23 if anyine have done a better Merch b4 apologies - not many options if u want everythinh H&M I would not recomend this one

   I haven't shop at H&M for a long time. They got some very good clothes in the shop. I'd only bought this cream jersey top which is a nice top. I might go there again one day. It's a lovely shop.

   Easily my favourite H&M in London. Very big and spacious store with so many items! I have never been disappointed by this H&M as there is such a great range of products and varying sizes too.

   The store itself is presented beautifully, so well done to the staff and management for organising such a clean well displayed store. I have not been to H&M for a while so was pleasantly surprised when I came here. And they have a self check out, is this the future for clothes shopping it was a fun experience.
