Bought 2 & 3 seat recliner leather sofas, a very good price and nice quality all delivered and assembled in my lounge. Friendly and helpful staff a very good experience I will defiantly shop here again.

Very Poor Service We wanted a single bed and mattress and needed it by a certain date. We went to the shop they were very helpful and said they would put the bed together. We ordered the bed and mattress advised it would be delivered the following Friday. I didn’t hear anything contacted the shop on the Thursday they said the bed had arrived but not the mattress and would be delivered the following Wednesday. I didn’t hear anything contacted them again and advised everything was in and it would be delivered on the Friday and I confirmed the bed would be put together which the delivery driver who I spoke to said it would take about an hour. Friday came I hadn’t heard anything rang the shop as it opened they couldn’t give me a delivery time as the schedule hadn’t been decided but I would get a call. Delivery driver arrived early afternoon, no phone call delivered the bed and mattress and when asked about assembling the bed said we hadn’t paid for assembly and left. I received a call about 10 minutes later to say there had been a miscommunication and the bed should have been assembled and someone would come the following Monday and I am still waiting 2 weeks later. No phone call, nothing.
Fantastic service from start to finish . I was looking to replace my bed - from King to Double - wanted Ottoman storage. Callum helped me choose from the range they had instore , assisted in choosing headboard and left me with all the color choices to make up my own mind . Bed was delivered within 10 days, old one taken away . The 2 lads got to work straight away , and within half an hour (possibly less) the bed was assembled and all packaging taken away. The lads were so friendly , courteous and respectful . All I had to do was put bedding on and it was all ready for a cosy night sleep ! I had considered Ikea , but hate relying on others for assembly and also having to get rid of packaging . So nice to support local business too . Well done all round !
Went to Urmston Interiors as we were struggling to find somewhere that could do us a 7ft by 7ft bed (my husband is very tall). Simon was very helpful in advising us which beds and mattresses we could choose from and got us a (very reasonable) quote on the day for a headboard, ottoman base and mattress. Bed was ready to be delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery guys were very efficient and friendly. The bed itself is excellent quality and the mattress is the comfiest I've ever slept on. Would definitely recommend shopping here! Great furniture at much more competitive prices than some of the big chains
Don’t feel happy leave a negative review, I have no choice but to say I was treated disgraceful. I bought a German wardrobe in November, I waited for 3 months for it to arrive, I started to call them to find out the updates on it, no one ever gave me a call back, with the last call I had with them, I was told another sweet lie, that the wardrobe will be installed in the end of march, yesterday, I took a day off to be at home, no one gave me a call on the day to say that they would not come and had to take a day off next day to go and take my refund and came across another rude behaviour they did not gave any apology at all! No one deserve to be treated like this! Disgrace!
Absolutely over the moon with our new sofa Interiors Outlet. Was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect sofa. The delivery went smooth and the team positioned the sofa in our lounge for us. Would definitely recommend this place to any one.

Just bought some dining and living room furniture. Great friendly, and very helpful staff. Quality furniture, prompt delivery, actually changed our minds on a piece of furniture on day of delivery, not a problem, replaced with a different item for us, highly recommended.
