   I’m really disappointed with the lack of customer service from Moda Furnishings. I’ve emailed multiple times over several weeks regarding a faulty furniture cover purchased earlier this year and still haven’t received any reply or acknowledgment. I’ve spent close to £3,000 with Moda this year and expected better after-sales support. The products themselves look great, but the service after purchase has been extremely poor. I’ve now had to escalate this matter formally under the Consumer Rights Act and through my credit card provider, which is very disappointing for a company of this size. I would still like this resolved directly, but at this point I’ve lost confidence in the customer-service process. Order: #1000095783 and Order #6000007190

   My wife and I ordered some garden furniture from Moda. Expecting a quick delivery as thier website says, 5 days later we’d had no contact and no furniture. Day 8 it turned up which was great but with no contact or warning just a delivery, it was lucky we were in. The delivery team just put it in the doorstep and went to drive off when I asked them to take it round to the back garden as the table weighed in excess of 90kg, to which they did but would only do it for £20 cash. Once we opened it we realised one of the chairs was badly damaged. We immediately tried contacting moda furnishings but can never get through on the phone so filled out several enquiry forms on thier website and 6 weeks later still have not heard back from Moda. Terrible customer service

   Disgustingly incompetent company. Tried to send us an incomplete outdoor sofa set (with a 2 week delivery date rather than 3-5 days as advertised on the site) with no timeline for resolution. We rejected this delivery. They then delivered it again after promising it was complete.... It was not. We've messed around for 3 weeks with these jokers and they say they're not going to have the parts back in stock at all. Tried to offer us an alternative and we took one day to consider our options, only to be told this was out of stock as well. We will be getting a full refund but honestly just avoid at all costs. Don't be tempted by their cheap prices.

   Well like many people I ordered and then read the reviews. I was worried like hell. I need not worry. I received email confirmation, followed by a phone call from Hamza who was brilliant and put my mind at rest. Delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks. I received a phone call from Premier who delivered and another call from Hamza. It arrived on time, extremely well wrapped. All sections and absolutely fantastic quality. Can't praise the whole process enough. Thank you Hamza for excellent Customer Service .

   In hindsight I wish I hadn't ordered from them as their customer service is the worst that I have ever come across. No one responds to their email, you definitely can't speak to anyone on the phone and there is no live chat. Still waiting for a refund on items that were 'in stock' but never delivered, and it's now approaching 3 months. The garden furniture was good however on closer inspection a number of knocks/bumps on the fire-table, no covers for the furniture legs, overall, when when you have paid thousands, its just not good enough.

   Absolutely love it here, Anthi & wado are a credit to the company. Your welcomed by a lovely smell of white company fragrance and relaxs you straight away then your greeted by lovely staff. If you want the very best quality in outdoor furniture then this it it. There's a beautiful showroom awaiting you on two levels with stairs or lift. Loads of ranges and accessories to see, CAD to see what your items can look like along with a drink. The showroom is immaculately clean and a convenient location. We just love it here.

   So disappointed with the service from Moda, purchased a corner set and chairs for over £3k last year and one set of cushioned have faded significantly more than the other to the point they don’t look like the same set. Expected much better quality than this. Certainly won’t be purchasing from them again or recommending them.

   Brilliant company providing excellent customer service, from purchasing through to delivery. Recently had to go back to them because one of the furniture cushions needed to be replaced, their response was immediate, I received replacement within a couple of days. The garden furniture is of high quality, very happy. Would highly recommend. Thankyou Chris and Georgina in their You are both a credit to your company.

   I just purchase a Halo5C which I am very happy with. The delivery was very quick and the driver unpacked for me and positioned in place. The quality of the furniture is excellent. Really looking forward to entertaining this summer. I went to the Manchester showroom to view before I purchased which I think is a good idea to try out all the different ranges.
