Brilliant customer service.. Had products issues but replacement was sent free of charge. Renewed formula sealant I have bought did not worked... but oko sent old formula sealant and it was and it is the best sealant on the market..sealed 5 punctures with no probs .. plus it can be used with co2 and last longer than competitors..
Superb service. I ordered a 1L bottle of High Fibre Magic Milk well in advance of a weekend mountain biking in North Yorkshire. Unfortunately Royal Mail ‘lost’ the package, so I reached out to OKO Sales who understood the importance of me having what I needed in time… they sent out another bottle via DHL Next Day and my weekend was saved! I purchased the OKO "Get U home" Kit and it does exactly what it says on the kit - I managed to get to a tyre bay with no issues or problems regarding the product in my tyre.
