Personal favourite! Always a delight to visit any of their branches. Reasonably priced coffees and plenty of seasonal deals and loyalty bonuses if you sign up to their mailing list. Food is excellent everytime I've been and the staff are super helpful and friendly no matter how busy it is! Seating areas are really cool (especially the booths at fit Fitzalan Square) and there's board games to play! No better place for a coffee in Sheffield! Looking forward to trying their new Leeds branch, but I know it will be fantastic!

Nice atmosphere, but coffee is a 3/5 at best. Would pay 2£ for this cappuccino max, not 3.95£ and only if I was desperate. Ridiculously overpriced for the quality.

I’ve always loved coming to this Hygge branch, and the service has consistently been brilliant in the past. However, this visit was a huge disappointment. An unpleasant lady took my order for a mocha in a disposable cup. She asked where I’d be sitting, I pointed out my spot, and she said “okay.” But then I noticed everyone who came after me was served promptly, with their orders delivered to their tables, while mine was delayed for ages. At one point, she even tried to serve me someone else’s drink and food. When my order still hadn’t arrived, I went to the counter to ask about it. She then pointed to my mocha, which had been sitting there for a long time, now cold and served in a cup that wasn’t disposable. When I asked her to transfer it into a disposable cup as I’d originally requested, she spilled a good portion of it on the floor, perhaps intentionally, given her attitude. She then asked me if I wanted it to be topped up, which I refused. No apology, no basic courtesy. Truly horrible service from her. Other recent reviews mention unpleasant experiences with a female staff member, and I’m now certain this is the same person. I’ll continue visiting Hygge because I love the place, but I’ll definitely do my best to avoid her in the future.

We arrived at this delightful Danish cafe at opening time to find lots of like-minded people also keen for breakfast, which shows the popularity of the place. The recommended Lionsmane Shroom coffee was the best beverage I've ever tasted and had me energised for the rest of the day. The menu had some modifications due to out of stock produce, but the food was well worth the long wait and served by very smiley staff.

Lovely atmosphere and experience, it's decorated in such a cozy manner. Perfect for a study session or a catch up with friends. The coffee and food is slightly more expensive than usual but is still nice. It would be nicer if it had a few more charging spots as it seems to be a busy study area. I would definitely recommend it. It has free WiFi too, a nice added bonus.

Another cafe / coffee shop worth a visit in and or near the city centre of Sheffield. Definitely has an interesting vibe and some clever interior seating design. Had a cake and flat white, both nicely done, so yeah will definitely visit again

This is such a nice place to eat, drink and even study! I ordered a summer peach drink and it was delicious, I loved the flower decorations too! This was my first time here so I'm sure there's room for improvement with this cafe but so far I have no complaints! Will definitely be returning.

I really like the atmosphere at Hygge Cafe, good coffee, and nice interior. This is a good place to study or chill with friends. The drinks and foods were all tasty but limited menu options. If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful ambience then this is a must to visit.

the best Brownies so so soft and not too sweet, taste so good! Nice decoration and plants everywhere. Friendly and very very comfortable atmosphere, definitely I will come back again with my friends.

Warm ambience, good and reasonably-priced coffee, near the city centre, great furnishings, large TV and games to keep kids occupied. It's hard to imagine a better place than this for a mid-morning coffee break when out with energetic kids. I would, in particular, highlight that the coffee was very reasonably-priced. It was also very good coffee, on par with some of the best that I've tried in London.
