Low-quality products with higher prices and no variety at all. I don't know why they are even open. The manager is totally unaware of the company's policies, not helpful at all. She doesn't know how and when you can return items for a refund. Totally nonsense. Who made you the manager for the store, seriously?
Young women VERY DISRESPECTFUL NOT LETTING ME FINISH A SENTENCE SHE WAS WEARINT BLACK CLOTHES!
VERY RUDE! AND TAKING LONG CREDIT CARD DETAIL! BEWARE I went to MITCHAM Peacock this morning to return a Chrismas jumper. The girl at the till said she had to look at my credit card number before she can refund my money. I asked her the reason, she said because the refund can go to any card you scan. I said that is the first time I am hearing this, that a refund goes unto any card you present. I told her I can only show her the last 4 digit and not the while card as it had my long number exp date and 3digit code and I have been frauded of £1784.0 before at a go. A male cashier then walked in and when I complained about having my long number checked, he patronised me and said "You are being awkward about this, I have been in this business for too long" I SAID THEY NEED TO CHECK THEIR SERVICE AS MONEY SHOULD NOT BE REFUNDED UNTO A WRONG CARD! They were both Asians, the girl has a black hija and the guy, very tall with black ring in his earlobe . HE IS SUCH A BULLEY AND RUDE and need to be thought soft skills
Good selection, quality and service. Very handy as there are no other clothing stores closeby with similar quality. Hope to see more in their baby range in the new year.
Just received some lovely customer care from a very helpful and warm store assistant called Syeda; I had to ask her name because it's so rare to get great and friendly assistance these days. My son and I got caught in the rain so ran into the store for an unplanned purchase; we were looking around for raincoats and the usual store assistants, gave us eye contact then ignored us and pretended to tidy up... So rude but due to the obvious poor training or lack there of these days, I'm no longer surprised by this treatment. I don't want to focus to much on this as the review is about this lovely and very helpful Syeda, but when I checked my receipt after my purchase I couldn't see any details regarding feedback on their services so that is an indication of how much Peacock care about customer care. Generally when I visit their stores which is rare, service is poor and never with a smile so I know Syeda is a fluke and not a result of any staff training on Peacocks part, however she deserves her dues nevertheless, so I've gone out of my way to write this review. Thank you very much Syeda, it was a joy being served by you and thanks for being so nice to my son too. I hope Peacocks get a clue and promote you to train their staff because you are wasted behind a till!
Peacocks in Mitcham is a nice place to shop. The staff are nice. You don't feel pressured if your just looking.
