   This branch of Peacocks must be a franchise and not regulated by head office as the service and quality of staff here are extremely poor! It looks like staff have family members/grandchildren working here and the manager (Ball head man from yard) is extremely unprofessional and rude. I remember shopping here 10 years ago and witnessed his attitude and very shocked that he is still there with the same attitude.

   Some really lovely ladies wear, but only if you're long legged or tall. I am 5ft 2 and could not find trousers for my height except for plain black work trousers. How disappointing!

   Lady on the till was quite abrupt today 31.5.23.l in Streatham. Not making my shopping experience nice at all. There is an abruptness about her. Treat others as you want to be treated as well as having polite customer service.

   Not many Peacocks stores left. You can still pick up various items which are quite nice at a reasonable price. The store is a bit overcrowded it's well stocked up and clean. The staff are not too bad, but today on 07.11.2022 I was waiting a good time for someone to sever at the till as they were pottery round, and I had to call out to someone.
