Not very hygienic, didn't wash her hands l, just wiped them on a tea towel, touched her hair, was wearing nail varnish. I told her I was allergic to pork but she cut my sandwich with the same knife she used to cut a jam sandwich.
We went in for breakfast and we'd definitely recommend to others! A very tasty breakfast and fab customer service!
Sandwich’s was VERY expensive and wasn’t even ok they was poor bread was stale. I no gas/electric is expensive but you should still be cooking the food properly. If your going to charge them prices and it’s not top notch you should expect reviews like this. I used to like these buttys but I won’t be back after that one. Fuming I was charged that much for something so poor.
Fantastic breakfast, good quality, sausages, bacon and bread. In addition at lunch good home cooked food.
My regular breakfast / lunch stop ... Great menu , good local produce ..chocolate orange flapjack is now an addiction.

One side is takeout, other side is eat in. Food was nice, had bacon roll. Nice vintage feel, however there were a lot of things stored around, (hoover and bread baskets) making things look untidy and disorganised
If you’re gonna charge £7.20 for a corn beef and beetroot sandwich and bang average cappuccino at least have the human decency to smile while you serve. Hopefully not intentionally but I felt like my order was an inconvenience for the staff. People vote with they’re feet. This one’s on the boycott list.
Amazing home made cakes and pastries, bread range is astoundingly good. The folks behind the counter are incredibly friendly and helpful. A real treat for a Saturday lunch break. Only complaint is that it's so popular it gets a bit crowded at busy times!
