   Tues 8/04/25 unable to order any hot food as everything closed down in that area. Just a few sandwiches. The cafe is suppose to close at 5pm so it’s understandable there will be limited options but NO hot option? Do they have a microwave? Not good is it. No reflection on staff attitude. Well mannered as always.

   Popped in at 2.15 on Sunday it was quiet not busy , but yet there were tables just clutted with left over pots food etc we had to clear a table our selves and ask to have it wiped it was disgusting, Sitting eating our lunch looking at all this left over food left around wasn't pleasant

   Popped in to meet one of my grandchildren the cafe was spotlessly clean and the food looked very nice my grandchild didn't want any thing to eat I guess it wasn't teatime or lunchtime and the cafe was very quiet so unfortunately we didn't order anything but everything was lovely and clean and I was quite disappointed we didn't order anything the staff were really lovely I definitely will be ordering something next time

   Feel so sorry for the people working in this cafe. They’re short staffed and absolutely run off their feet. Today I brought them all the trays in off the tables and cleared it all up for them, as a customer it upset me. No one should have that amount of work load with 0 help & only 2 staff members working. To say how short staffed they were I honestly can’t fault their customer service. The 2 young lads on were absolutely amazing, so polite and so helpful.

   Came for a cooked breakfast, mushrooms were not cooked, black pudding was over cooked, we ordered chocolate milk and had to be refunded as not available, should be removed from order point, we had to eat in the dark as no lights on and it was freezing, I know there is a cost of living crisis but come on guys you surly make enough to put the lights on

   Going down hill. Foods was good. But for about a year. Things is just getting worse. No brown sugar, No chocolate shaker for cappuccino. Food is not always the same taste like beef burger. Maybe cos of STUPID BREXIT.. Mushrooms n bacon should be cook in a frying pan. Not boil in a water. Some sauces ran out n no salt. Looking for Table salt from customer's Table after leaving. Sometimes cafe staff made mistakes after when I ordered for food.

   Absolutely fantastic service, greeted by friendly staff, shown to our seats, we ordered 2 lots of afternoon tea and the lady who served us couldn't have been more helpful! She checked if everything was okay for us/ if we needed anything else multiple times and even came to check a final time before going home when her shift ended! Lovely experience beautiful afternoon tea spread, £10 for 2 people can't say fairer than that! Will definitely be back!

   Wanted a full English and they didn’t have sausage and there was apparently no sausage available in the entire store. Bacon was like cardboard, beans were definitely not Heinz like they were advertised to be. A family member ordered lasagne and it was definitely a microwave meal as it was cold on the inside.
