   I have purchased beds from Robin Hood on several occasions and have consistently been impressed by both the quality of their products and the level of service provided. As a result, they were the natural first choice when my parents needed new beds for their home. From helping us select the most suitable beds, to keeping us informed throughout the delivery process, and finally delivering and assembling the beds, the customer service was once again outstanding. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient, and the beds themselves are of excellent quality. I would highly recommend Robin Hood to anyone seeking superior products and exceptional service.

   Had a bed delivered to my parents' house some months ago (sorry, forgot to write a review at the time)! The man we spoke to in store was so friendly, patient and helpful, answered all my queries, and they were able to arrange delivery really quickly (despite the address being a fair distance), as it was a bit of an emergency situation. The delivery men turned up (one was the guy who sold us the bed) and they were on time, and so respectful of the house - insisted on taking off their shoes! Ended up paying a little bit more than we would have online (despite a hefty discount), but the service and peace of mind we received was worth so much more. You don't often get to choose a delivery day (let alone time) if buying from an online store and if you do, they often don't stick to it. Definitely recommend Robin Hood Beds. Thank you!

   This was our first bed purchase from Robin Hood beds and we are delighted with it! The showroom has a great selection of beds and the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful.The bed arrived within 2 weeks which was sooner than expected. On delivery day the men phoned ahead and arrived on time, and were very professional, removing their shoes on arrival and respectful of our property when lifting the bed upstairs. I had bought an ottoman storage bed and I was instructed how the lifting mechanism worked and care of the mattress. All in all a great personal service and experience from Robin Hood beds! Thank you!

   Fantastic Sales staff and fabulous delivery service. The staff at Robin Hood Beds take pride in their business and are very knowledgeable about the mattresses they sell. They encourage you to lie on the different mattresses for your liking and preference and will recommend the various types to suit your needs. The delivery was within 8 days of ordering my mattress and the men were quick, pleasant and efficient. They took their shoes off and removed the packaging from the mattress and took my old mattress and the packaging away with them. I have given my mattress a couple of days to 'breathe' before I slept in it, as it does have a smell but I cannot wait to sleep on it tonight!

   We recently bought a new king size bed from Robin Hood beds. The showroom had quite a few different designs, the staff on both my visits were lovely, knowledgeable and polite - not pushy at all unlike other stores I visited! The ordering process was really easy and despite the fact I wanted 1 diván bed but the mattress off a different bed, they advised I can mix and match however I want. It was delivered ahead of schedule and was set up quickly and easily by the kind young men who delivered it. Every step of the process was made so easy with great customer service where nothing was too much trouble. The bed is amazing and since getting it, I haven’t felt the back pain I was having before. Thank you Robin Hood beds for a great job!

   It's a much smaller store now than what it used to be but they still have a variety of beds to try out for your comfort, soft, medium & hard mattresses. You can also purchase the bases & headboards there. Prices are reasonable compared to the bigger bed shops and you do still receive a personal service.
