   I’ve been shopping with Luca Faloni since 2023, and it’s genuinely one of the best clothing brands I’ve come across. At this point, most of my wardrobe is from LF - I pretty much live in their chinos and shirts, and I’m slowly building out other collections they release. The quality of the clothing is outstanding - timeless, elegant, and built to last. Yes, you pay a little more, but you can really feel the craftsmanship and attention to detail in every piece. Their customer service is also exceptional. I usually deal with Tom, the store manager, who is brilliant. Just last week I went in to rebuild my winter wardrobe, and without even checking the system he immediately knew my exact sizes (I was actually the one who got them wrong!). He spent nearly two hours helping me piece together a full set of outfits with genuine enthusiasm and care. He’s a big reason I keep coming back to LF. Overall, an amazing brand - consistent, premium, and authentic. My only wish is that Luca eventually releases shoes (a common request, I’m sure!) and perhaps some slightly thicker tracksuits for the colder months.

   One of the best shops in Marylebone high street. Attentive service and great ‘made in Italy’ functional fabrics and colour palette. I personally love the half-zip knits and also the piqué polo shirts when it gets hot in London.

   I am not much of an ‘experience’ shopper, I usually like to keep things simple and quick. The staff (Francesco, Davide, Luca, I am forgetting someone) was so professional and friendly I ended up staying 40 mins in the shop and tried half a dozen shirts. One of my best shopping experiences. Ah, yes, the products are stylish and beautifully crafted. I will be back soon!!

   Poor quality, trousers stretched massively after few hours wear, button came off straight away. Sales advisors will try to sell you and say it looks great rather than tell customer needed information that their garments stretches so badly.
