Got the order completely wrong multiple times after clearly stating what we wanted, even the other worker told her what we wanted and yet she was still getting it wrong. Asked for a large latte she gave a small. A toastie which should take a couple minutes took way longer and it was not even that busy. Service was bad.
There’s 2 lovely staff members there I can’t rem there names ones always smiling and helpful young girl and another older lady mid 4a dark hair lovely but the manager wow absolutely awful! Rude , disrespectful, unhelpful no greet! Awful she needs sacking! No customer service at all she should be setting a good example ! Good job staff don’t take after her! Can’t remember her name!
These ladies always look after me with my VEGAN breakfast. I go on a date with myself every Saturday the atmosphere clean food lovely just to your liking. I love everything about it.
The tea made me sad, it wasn't very nice
