    The food is very poor quality and no staff to cook it deliver it and clean up it needs to be sorted and back to how it used to be.

    Just don’t bother, absolutely awful place. I remember when Morrisons cafes were half decent, not anymore! Self service ordering and then ignored by staff when trying to get to collect the drink at the counter. Completely ran out of cutlery and asked several times to replenish it by customers. Guy bringing out the food shouting and stomping about being rude to people as well. Food ok but not hot. If you want cheap grub without feeling like you’re in a prison canteen, Wetherspoons over the road will sort you out with a hot meal, cutlery and staff that know what they’re doing.

    Awful place. They have Replaced staff with one tough screen machine. No menus to look at, no heating so we sat with coats on. Food was very poor, cold and waste of money.

    Food is extremely poor quality. Before cost of living price rise you got a decent amount of food but since the increase of the prices your receiving less food but paying more money. Extortion comes to mind.

    Went Saturday morning for a brekky. No staff about waited 2-3 minutes then I started looking for a member of staff who eventually came out. Brekky came there was no ash brown the the bacon looked like it hadn’t been cooked. When pointed this out to staff she said it’s cooked in the oven at a set temperature. I touched it and it was clock cold it felt like they had just got it out of the fridge. Sausage very weird consistency mushroom rubbery and watery beans Luke warm.Needless to say I won’t be going again to any Morrisons for food as they have gone down hill massively and it’s a shame cus their breakfasts used to be lovely. Can tell they are just penny pinching now. Even at half price it wasn’t worth the money as I left most of it.

    Things they do well at: •Free refills on fizzy drinks and hot drinks •Sauce is free •They have WiFi Things that aren't so good: •Queues can be quite long at lunchtime as they nearly always seem short staffed •There seems to be minor consistency issues with meals. I nearly always order the Greek salad, sometimes it comes with a dressing and sometimes it doesn't, sometimes with olives and sometimes with not etc. •It seems rather expensive and could be cheaper.

    Staff friendly. Portions smaller than before. Food was a tiny bit cool but staff sorted straight away. Mates meal took a good while to come but enjoyed in end.
