   Lovely, welcoming coffee shop. The tea and other products are 1st class. Ricky and staff are very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Dogs are welcome aswell. Love this place!

   When I came in the owner of the cafe was sitting on a sofa chatting to his pal. No other visitors were there. He stood up to make my coffee. The man didn't sanitise his hands. The mask wasn't worn either. I was paying cash. Handed £20 note in. He didn't take it and said to me "nice try". I didn't understand what he meant. So he stated that the note was fake. Without examining it! I'm guessing my appearance was examined instead (which wasn't particularly presentable that morning indeed). I was slightly shocked, so I thought I'd pay with card and quickly leave. However, the man continued acting odd and gave me unsolicited advice. It was suggested that I would have better luck pushing my fake note in a pub round the corner. Overall, this customer experience left a bad taste in my mouth. So did the untasty tepid flat white. NB The £20 note was accepted by a supermarket later that day. The cashier confirmed (I specifically asked) it wasn't fake.
