this service is appalling. i asked for a LARGE caramel frapp with extra caramel,they said they have no large so I was like “oh alright,I’ll have medium” and then they give us the smallest glasses ever,although we asked for it in a plastic cup,and below average caramel,I asked for a muffin and he gave me a raisin muffin. I didn’t ask for that…
I was here and asked for extra caramel and they didn’t give me it also I paid one pound more then what the actual prize is . If I went to the one in next it is more cheaper and more communication.
Modern, fresh and appealing design. Spotlessly clean and a great outdoor terrace with (sort of) a sea view. Great chat with Jack who was one of the most motivating and friendly Costa staff I’ve come across. Five stars!
Popped into this very handy costa coffee situated in busy saint james retail park very welcome after going round shops nice branch comfortable and same good quality coffee served no problem finding a seat parking easy the barista was very knowledgeable which is always good as I like to taste different coffees
Always consistently good. Very friendly and helpful staff. We use this Costa most days. The range of drinks and food are excellent. Please bring back filter coffee, we really miss it or if possible offer a cheaper alternative for those who are not so well of. To some people this may be the only time they come out to be amongst other people.
Nice Costa in a busy shopping complex so free parking. Bit of outdoor seating but was fairly busy. Service was quite slow although the manager was in top of things and seemed a bit more efficient thankfully.
I stopped here on the way through; it seemed like a new store in a busy retail park, but the store itself was quiet. We got the service of any Costa, although the staff were busy talking and not as attentive as I've seen in other stores. One star was removed for the latter; customer service is vital in today's retail world!
Costa coffees don't need publicity, always good. More expensive than most but special coffee. This one is nice as you can combine easily with shopping, a treat before the trip home.
Large Costa, nice layout and very clean. Staff were friendly and the coffee & food was to a good Costa standard. There is also some outside seating.
