   I visited your store on Tuesday, November 18th and I liked 3 pairs of trousers and paid at the cash register upstairs. Everything was fine until this point, but the actions of the store clerk at the cash register while paying the bill were terrible. He didn't know how to talk to a customer. He spoke in a very derogatory and mocking manner. I respected her because she was a woman, but she was very disrespectful. I don't remember her name, but I remember she was Cypriot. For the first time, I felt like an idiot when paying for something.

   Was helped today by two lovely polite girls, i am a loyal and regular customer who buys clothes here at least once a week but today i was made to feel horrible, i really don’t appreciate your Asian security guard running up the stairs, staring at me and my jumper and pretending he is looking at clothes and spying on me, you have lost a customer today because of your security guards actions! I have never stolen anything in my life, I pay things with my hard earned money, please teach your security guard manners, i walked past him when I left the shop with the clothes i purchased but it was absolutely disgraceful of him following me and making it out as if i stole, absolute terrible experience going in your shop today, please teach him to learn how to do his job or get rid of him, i love river island but now will be purchasing from other stores, others have also said the same about this particular gentleman you have hired there! Unacceptable behaviour!

   The store in Wood Green has the best manager Bianca. Congratulations on choosing this girl to be your manager. I've been shopping there for so long I thought she was an employee. Yesterday I asked and found out she was the manager. She always helps me when I go. I don't speak the language very well. She slowly explains what I want to know. I've lived in Wood Green for 7 years. I always shop at River Island. Bianca is the best manager that has ever been to this store! Thanks Bianca for your help you are the best!
