   After leaving white rose Centre we called at the Leodis Pub for a meal and was really surprised with the Sunday Roast Lunch I had chicken and me Daughter had the Beef, all the ingredients were fresh and of good quality including home made Yorkshire pudding with lovely gravy, the dessert was delicious 1sticky toffee pudding with custard and 1 plum and apple crumble with custard . I would strongly recommend this food to anyone

   Got recommended Odd One Out Kitchen at The Leodis by a friend and decided to pop over for lunch with family Absolutely fantastic value for money! BIG portions!!! We shared starters of Garlic Prawns and Scotch Egg Both starters were VERY tasty. Prawns had a chargrilled flavour and I assume finished off in butter?? Upon arrival it looked simple as it was Prawns sat on toasted sourdough. But looks are deceiving, it kicked a great flavour. This was all of ours favourite. I never eat Prawn shells however this was cooked where the shells was soft and edible and soaked up the flavour of the butter. Toast also soaked up the butter which gave a overall starter a very very nice taste and texture . My feedback would be one slice of toast is sufficient for a starter size!!! Scotch egg. Great flavours, soft boiled egg and most importantly is was light...Yes a light scotch egg. With tasty sausage meat around the egg and a nice apple chutney to compliment the flavours. Roast mains, we all got the same of trio. Chicken was not dry and all meat had great seasoning. Crackling is served on the side and the vegetables was a great variety and each was very well seasoned. For a roast we all thought there was more that enough variety of different veggies. There were mash, roast potato's, carrots, parsnips, broccoli, leeks, red cabbage, white cabbage... Yorkshire Pudding was crispy and light, I personally like mine slightly *soft* but this is a personal preference. Gravy was tasty and staff was more than happy to continuously topping it up (had 3 top ups!!) Sticky toffee pudding was super moist and not heavy and Eton mess went down a treat with the kids All coures was very generous and the atmosphere was buzzing with people of all ages. Staff were friendly and more than happy to change anything for you upon request (we asked for custard) Also noticed dog friendly Overall highly recommend

   Nice pub on the doorstep but they just need some IPAs in the fridge and real ale on pump and I'd come more often

   Fantastic night out, a real blast from the past, great pub, lovely friendly landlady, landlord was doing a great job with the dj-ing and playing our favourite golden oldies, we didn't feel out of place because there was a mixed age group, friendly chatty staff, clean and bright surroundings, fairly priced drinks. Is a must for another visit. We did learn there is a group on once a month and themed nights are planned. Didn't have a meal but will do in the future. Nice to feel included. Hats off to Landlord/Landlady and staff.
