Phil from the Warrington store was super helpful and knowledgeable. She made it really easy for me to find what I was looking for; and was able to answer all of my questions. From dimensions to payment and delivery; she was really patient and thorough in her explanations of everything.
Never lets you down this place. Have had my last 3 sofas from SCS. Great quality and good prices. Staff are always good and don’t get too on top of you whilst browsing. Knocked £100 off the in store price, too… Happy days!
Myself, partner and children came into the store on Friday and I can honestly say I have never encountered a rude member of staff in my life! I didn’t get his name but he made us feel like we was peasants and not good enough to be in the shop. He had no time of day for us what so ever and when a manager asked him to show us a sofa he shown us one and said it’s would be too expensive so don’t bother and decided to walk off mid conversation. We had to walk out due to the horrendous customer service, surely as a customer facing business you should want to make sure you at least interact with a customer. We decided to go across the way to DFS and purchased our sofa from there as they was very approachable and had time for us. A shame that one poor customer service means you guys lost a sale. Hope in the future you guys hire better staff or at least give training on how to have good customer service.
Our new sofa hopefully arrives in the not to far future,fantastic customer service highly rated thanks guys.
Me & my mum visited today to look for a footstool. I don’t ever leave review but me & my mum came away feeling extremely positive & greatful for our experience today. Sorry we forgot names but the manager and a lady with dark hair who served us offered amazing customer service, went the extra mile despite not actually buying a sofa. Great store with plenty of choice in both suites and carpets. Very pleasant and patient staff which made our visit a good experience. Staff certainly know their stuff and we had good banter with the. I would certainly recommend this store to our friends and family in the future.
We are still waiting for our furniture to be delivered. No email confirmation receive, no update when it’s been two weeks. I called for an update and wasted half an hour just to be told they don’t know when it will be delivered either. Go buy your furniture somewhere where you will be treated nicely and accurately. Regret buying from them! Waste of time!!!!!
