    I’ve generally had good experiences here thanks to the great service from most of the baristas. However, one young lady with red hair consistently provides extremely poor customer service. Her attitude is unprofessional and detracts from the otherwise positive environment. I hope management addresses this, as it’s a noticeable contrast to the rest of the team.

    Can't find anything bad to say about this place. Have been here many occasions ordering coffees and breakfast sandwiches. Always consistent, never any issues with staff. Quick and efficient transactions, which is what you want for a coffee!

    The person working at Costa told me that the coffee shop would open at 5 AM. When I returned after 5 AM, it was still closed. I think Costa's management should monitor their stores more closely.

    These guys are there when you need them - open really early so that your long distance train journey can start with a decent coffee. Considering this is a train station outlet, they still take real care with the coffee and the espressos are lovely. They are also sure to serve you quickly, but always with a smile, especially for their regulars
