   We have visited Aesthete many times over the years, including when they were situated in the former cafe Alyssum and the food/coffee has always been exceptional. I especially love the baklava pancakes! We have also had bespoke cakes made, which are fantastic, and so fresh! The latest was a caramel apple crumble cake, and one of my family members enjoyed it so much, he consumed not one, but two slices in a row!

Amazing service, great staff, lovely coffee, amazing attention to allergies, loads of specials, incredible atmosphere Absolutely incredible I traveled from London to come here and it was worth it.    One of our favourite places to eat. Our daughter now 8 has been a regular since the days of the tiny Commonside cafe! We all love the food & the cakes and the staff are always so friendly. Very happy to have this lovely cafe at the top of our road. We bring all our visitors in and universally they love it too!

   Lovely atmosphere, quirky small cafe. We went for lunch and it was busy and had a lovely vibe. Great selection of food and drinks, however the pancakes were a bit dense. The halloumi and whipped avo and eggs were delicious.

   Everything you would want from a top tier cafe! I come her regularly and I'm always greeted with smiles from the lovely staff who serve picturesque coffees which taste as good as they look. You'd regret trying the food here, as I did the first time I came for a drink only to see how excellently presented the dishes are served, fresh and perfectly seasoned it has never failed to impress in both presentation and flavour.

   This place is amazing, great atmosphere with a beautiful decoration. The coffee is perfect, I believe the best of the neighborhood. Today, we ate an Italian toastie and a scandi sandwich, both were amazing, perfect size, amazing flavour. The staff is so friendly and stay there in autumn and winter is fabulous for everyone who is searching for a cozy and beautiful place

   Fantastic find - lovely spot for breakfast and brunch! Indoor and outdoor seating available. Ordered the Victoria sponge cake and banana pancakes! Both were 10/10! Seen some reviews saying it’s pricey - it’s not at all. The pricing is fair, the establishment is great, the service is on point and it’s top quality food!
