   Standard Costa, food and drinks nice but not cheap for coffee/sandwich/cake etc. My only gripe with this Costa, and it's a personal one, is the very small outdoor seating area is really close to the enterence where people are smoking make it 1. Not nice to walk past to get in and 2. As a non smoker not somewhere I'd want to sit outside, but it is what it is

   Costa is not somewhere I go too often, but I do come to this one at Kilner Way sometimes. Costa is a bit pricey, but I do like the drinks here. The food is nice too, quite tasty. Good for lunch or a quick snack.

   After meeting up with colleagues and purchasing Coffee from Costa Kilmer Way I have received a £100 parking fine. Will not be going again that’s for sure. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and boycott all Costa branches out of principle.

   Friendly staff and excellent service. Fairly quiet early on a Saturday, so plenty of seating available and able to park close to the shop. Coffees and tea were excellent, as were the sausage butties. Sadly the bacon butty wasn't as good as usual.

   Usually a ok place to grab a coffee. Dirty oat chai always tastes differently depending on who makes it and I end up asking to either get more syrup or add some more milk or coffee... The manager always looks like she hates being there and a smile is probably the hardest thing for her to perform... The weekend staff makes up for the sadness through the week.

   Normally a good place for a cuppa, service has gone down hill. The manager walked away from me at the till and got another member of staff to serve me, earlier on in the day when my mother in law went in they were laughing at her and snickering in front of her for no reason making her feel belittled. Whilst on my visit with my boyfriend after my order had been taken the manager buzzed a member of staff out of the back to start pointing at my boyfriend and giggling talking about him behind his back. The tables were dirty and other customers in store who we spoke to picked up on this also. The marshmallows I was given were stale,hard and not edible.
