   Considering I’ve got OCD I can’t fault a thing with my new wardrobes! From the quote and price, to the service and finish product, everything was easy to deal with and professional. Howard was so laid back and even made last minute changes that I’d asked for with no issues. Will absolutely be using Town and Country again and recommended to my friends already!

   I contacted Howard following a recommendation from a friend. After my initial contact, he came round to measure up quite quickly, sticking to the promised day and time with a totally fuss free and down to earth approach. He then came again with the samples and was very accommodating when I was struggling to come to a decision. He allowed us to keep some samples with us, and to also collect more samples from their offices in Eccles. Once I had made my decision, a fitting date was scheduled for us. Luckily he was able to fit us in for just before Christmas which worked beautifully and was truly appreciated. During the ordering process I sent over several messages and emails with further requests and more fine tuning which were received and actioned without issue. On the day of the fitting I received a text message when Howard was around 15 minutes away. Howard and the other person worked at a super impressive speed and got everything done within 1.5 days. The wardrobes and bookshelf room (library) look so beautiful and because he did them as shallow as he could, they don't take that much space either. Our small rooms haven't become overcrowded. I also love that the bookcase shelves are adjustable as that gives us the freedom to adjust the shelves to suit our changing needs. The finishing is also neat and tidy with strips, edging and caulk, and the house was also left in a neat and tidy state. I chose the light grey grained board which I thought would be too white, but it's a perfect shade of light grey and looks lovely. And for just two people, their speed of work was just wow. No messing about, no false promises. Just fast and excellent work. I also appreciate that they left a range of handles for me to choose from overnight. That gave me the space to think carefully about which handle I wanted. Once the work was complete and I had had a chance to review everything there were several concerns which were all my fault and which I felt were impossible to resolve. I was also terribly nervous to mention them as I get anxious and fear the person will get angry. However when I tentatively broached the subject with the other person who came with Howard, he was absolutely amazing. His response was very very positive, he took on board my concerns and was very proactive in getting everything dealt with immediately without any fuss and without taking anything personally. As part of the concerns, 4 pieces of standalone furniture had to be taken back to be adapted. I told Howard I was happy to pay the costs for the changes. The person took the furniture back in the van, made the changes, and had everything ready within 2 hours. By the afternoon all the furniture was changed and back in my house again. I actually can't believe the speed of the turnaround especially this close to Christmas. AND he didn't even charge me for the changes which is crazy in today's day. He also trusted me when it came to payment and there was no pressure which was greatly appreciated. All in all I am super pleased with the service, the work, their conduct and approach, their openness and down to earth manner, the end result, and their pricing. All my dreams have come true. And for this reason I wholeheartedly recommend Horward and his team for your home furniture needs.

   Leaving this a little late. But had some cupboards done by Howard earlier on in the year and he did a fantastic job! The wardrobes look so good and he really utilised all the space in an intelligent way. Competitive pricing too I will be using again when I eventually do up the basement.

   Poor Quality, would rate less than 1 if I could. I have had issues from Day 1. Sliding Doors have always been faulty for my wardrobe. They've come out 5 times and still can't resolve it. Soft Close doors no longer work. Door comes off track regularly which has damaged edging strip.

   We had 3 bedrooms fitted, all over 10 years ago, and were delighted with the result. The hinges on one of the wardrobe doors recently broke and I fully expected to meet the cost of replacement as I put it down to normal wear and tear. Howard's guys came out and fitted brand new hinges free of charge. What a great example of exceptional customer service. Would have no hesitation recommending Town & Country Bedrooms.
