   Good cheap sam smiths beer, but no food ,tv or music.But things have changed since Humphrey Smith put a £1 plus on each pint and the place has died a death as have most Sam Smiths pubs ? Different clientele lately wouldn't recommend anymore

   Gary and angie who run the pub are the most lovely couple you will ever meet, the patrons who use the pub ate all nice pepole who enjoy a good time.

   I've been in worse boozers than this in my time, but for the only pub in Harehills left you'd think that they'd put a bit more effort into it. Everyone that drinks in this pub seems to be in a mood about something, including the staff. I'll always give a pub the benefit of the doubt and I'd try it again but there just seemed to be a solemness about it. It was like walking into a wake.....And I went on a Saturday night..I'm not a huge fan of Sammy Smith beer either but they do have reasonable prices so that's a positive. I just think the place is very run down and old fashioned. I like old fashioned but they do need to smarten up a bit and I think they'll attract a nicer crowd.
