I came in looking for a jacket, and Matthiew was exceptionally helpful in finding the perfect style and size for me.
Rude and miserable staff (2 guys that work there). Cheer up guys and remember it's customers that keep you in a job. If you aren't happy working there then at least go off and follow your dreams. Oh and check clothes from here, I purchased 3 T shirts. On closer inspection 2 out of the 3 had stains on them.
Received exceptional tailoring and customer service from Amir (Store Colleague). His attention to detail and hospitality has not gone unnoticed. I look forward to return to the store to be consulted by experts such as himself and others when again in Islington.
Me and my partner came around lunch time today to choose a gift for his birthday . Unfortunately we were welcomed by a very obvious "up and down" look by a not very nice lady working in the store. We are definitely not coming back .
Reis is a favourite shop of mine,I find the clothes to be well fitted with a great range of affordable clothing. The staff are very helpful and polite, especially the Islington branch. I remember when Reis was on Kings Road years ago in the nineties, I'm so glad the company is still going

The store has no music, was messy, full of tree leaves around the floor. The staff seemed not wanting to be there. The female who was at the till was just cold. She didn’t even said goodbye after me wishing a good day. it’s the second time I visit this store in Islington and nothing has changed. The customer service still very poor and cold.
Warning on this shop: if they promess you a discount tô buy now and wait one day for the size you need to be delivered, dont trust them. They tell you first that the discount will be paid as refund the next Day on pick up and when you come to pick up they tell you it should have been done at original payement the day before. Not honest attitude very disappointing Indeed. Not a store to trust definitely.
Reiss’ tailoring service is unreliable and didn’t have the garment ready before the store shut on the day that I’d requested. I had even called earlier in the day for confirmation and had been told that they expected the alteration to be finished by 5pm. The only solution the store could offer was that I go and pick the garment up for myself later that evening from the tailor who was a couple of miles away in Soho. The only redeeming factor here is that the staff are very friendly but ultimately they were unable to help. A little consideration from them would have gone a long way. I’d really have appreciated a call, giving me enough time to make alternate plans, if they expected a delay. Instead it wasn’t until I showed up, at the time I’d been told, that they queried the status of the alteration.
The Store Manager Albano as incredibly helpful, polite and proactive during the sales process of a jacket. It was just before closing time but he was upbeat and could not have done more to help. I was and am very appreciative of his help.
