   I visited this shop in Westfield Stratford two days (Friday 12th Dec 2025 and Sunday 14th at around 16-16:30 pm both days) during the festive period and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly due to inconsistent information and poor customer service. The store clearly displays a sign stating “Sign up today and get 10% off.” On the first day, we made two separate purchases — one by my friend and one by my sister. Some items were already discounted, which is understandable, but my friend was told by a woman at the till and that he could not receive the 10% discount at all, even on a full-price item he purchased. Shortly after, my sister was told by a male at the till something completely different — that the 10% discount could be applied to full-price items. This inconsistency felt unfair and confusing. I returned to the shop on Sunday and made another purchase day myself, signed up, and attempted to use the advertised 10% discount on my purchase. This time, I was told the discount could only be used on a future purchase, which is not what the sign states. On top of that, the woman at the till was dismissive and did not give me much attention, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Over the course of two days, the three of us spent well over £700, yet the service we received did not reflect that level of custom. Misleading promotions and inconsistent explanations from staff are not acceptable. Sadly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, as i really value respect and clear communication, there are plenty of other shops that value their customers and are transparent about their offers

   I popped into Tommy Hilfiger Stratford recently and had a great experience. Huge thanks to Mo, especially. I wasn’t really getting attention from the other staff since they were caught up in chatter, but Mo immediately came over, took the time to help me out, and provided amazing service. He helped me with sizing and made the whole experience smooth. Plus, the banter was top notch. Will visit again for sure!

   I visited the store yesterday with my wife and daughter. We spent £200 on a dress, bag and shirt. The staff were very professional and polite. They treated us with the greatest respect. The guy in charge of the changing rooms was absolutely fantastic in every possible way. He was very helpful. The ship wasnt busy and had a very relaxed atmosphere. Returns procedure was explained to customers on certain items. We will 100% be returning to this magnificent store. Well Done & Thankyou. Amazing Customer service !!!!!

   Felt intimated by staff when entering and leaving they didn't even smile rather than just stare at you. Won't be back in a hurry it's a shame and the management were not friendly either gave 2 stars just for presentation only

   For a store of this calibre you'd expect a luxurious experience. However, although the store is beautiful, the staff let it down slightly. Numerous members of staff were engaged in loud non-work chatter and the manager (at least I assume it was the manager) was openly discussing the fact that they hadn't reached their target sales for the day. That type of conversation should really take place behind closed doors, or at least a bit more discretely, and not loudly on the shop floor. Also, no one assisted me when I was trying on clothes and there was no one available to take the clothes from me afterwards.
