   Great service here. Bought some shoes and two months later laces snapped. They replaced both sets of laces without fuss or cost. They also don't do the hard sell.

   Bought two pairs of their shoes at £440 each. Both were faulty. To have one pair faulty is rare, to have two pairs faulty is down-right shoddy. Returned them to the shop and was told they would be repaired rather than give me new ones. Turned out one was sent back for repair and another wasn't. The pair that weren't repaired were still faulty. Church's denied they were faulty. After weeks of arguing and threatening them with court action, they finally agreed to give me a new pair. Wrong colour, but a new pair. Utterly useless! I've been buying Church's shoes for over 20 years but since they've been bought out by Prada their quality and service have dropped. I doubt I will be buying Churhc's from now on.

   Bought my Westburry Church's here. I must say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these shoes. The service was good, got home found a small scuff on the shoe and they ordered me a new one next day. I mean it's Church's, you can't fault it. Great shoes, great shop.
