We had a really lovely and easy experience with Wren! We popped in for a quick chat the day after getting the keys to our house and felt comfortable and at ease to go ahead with Wren after speaking to Sarah and Matt. A week later had our appointment with Matt, our Wren kitchen designer. We planned our kitchen, picked out what we wanted and selected colours, materials and so on. He was kind and patient throughout the process and gave us advice given his experience and expertise in this area. We then put a deposit down, set up our payment plans, and Matt confirmed the delivery with the supplier. He gave us a detailed folder with everything we purchased, agreed on and timeline of delivery date and payments. He always answered any questions we had with honesty which we appreciated. A couple of weeks later, the delivery came to our house, all assembled. Our own sourced Kitchen Fitter managed to complete the whole kitchen within a few days, including electrical work. If we ever had any issues with any parts (minor scratches, or imperfections), we used the Wren app and they gave us replacements very quickly! The service has been great from start to finish. The manager Richard at the Elk Mill branch was very nice and tried to help us out when we had a slight issue. He sorted the problem out for us there an then, in store. You can tell they care about their customers and try their best to give an excellent experience. Thank you Matt and the Elk Mill Wren team for making our kitchen renovation as smooth as possible and a very quick turnaround! We got the keys end of August, we had a brand new kitchen by the start of October, it was great!

I recently visited Wren Kitchens Oldham Elk Mill and initially had a disappointing experience with the first designer I dealt with. Unfortunately, the service wasnβt great and left me feeling unsure about moving forward (although I was happy with the design they had mocked up for me). I phoned up and initially wanting to move branches due to my experience but spoke to a different designer that said I should come in and meet with her. I decided to return and was helped by a different designer Caroline, and the experience was completely transformed. Caroline absolutely amazing β professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. She took the time to explain everything clearly, offered helpful advice, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Thanks to that second experience with Caroline, Iβm now feeling confident and excited about my kitchen order. While my first visit fell short, the outstanding service I received from her really made all the difference. So thank you again Caroline and I canβt wait for my kitchen to be delivered in January!

We have recently started our new kitchen journey with Wren kitchens Oldham.Welcome by staff but Not hassled when we originally visited showroom. Second visit we spoke to staff and made appointment for our existing kitchen to be measured and an appointment made to design everything. Great meeting and left with plan and video of what had been designed together with quote. Found the whole experience trouble free and nothing was too much trouble for Saira our designer. We have planned to have installation booked for a few months time. Would recommend Wren kitchens.

Went to Wren as we thought they were a reputable kitchen company that designed you a kitchen and fitted your kitchen. They have left us in a mess the taps aren't even connected! The electrical sockets taken off the wall to fit the splash backs are left hanging off the wall. There are gaps in joints, there is dirt behind the glass heat shield that's fitted and sealed with silicone. There are visible screw heads not countersunk...the list goes on. Under unit lighting still in boxes that was in the design and plan of fitting.....trading standards here we come! Work "finished" Wednesday and they've blocked our emails, we haven't even raised our voices to them. Finishing these is not their problem apparently!

Stay clear of this store. not interested in your kitchen just your money. And when a problem arises yes they pass the book and blame you for the mistake. Formal complaint being submitted through the correct channel. Started with forgetting to order a door then sending a replacement door which was wrong size. Reordered the door to then receive the wrong colour (which were now being told our fault) as WE didn't read the label!!! I won't name individuals as that is going in the formal complaint but the store and employees are a joke.

Sales person excellent - Independent fitter great - damaged unitsβ¦β¦β¦. And we still have them. Called today to ask what Iβm meant to do with them - sort it out myself. Wow. So they damage items in transit, we have to get replacements and somehow itβs up to us to dispose of them. Well done guys. Superb serviceβ¦..

A very smooth process. The designer, David, listened to what we wanted and had infinite patience with our changes. The kitchen was delivered on the specified day. The only poor part of the process was that our request (recorded by David and reiterated by us on the phone) for a small van was not acted on. The delivery team went the extra mile and carried all the units manually 50 yards down the service road. The fitters were excellent couldnβt have been more attentive or skilful. We now have a beautiful kitchen that we love.

The designer was very helpful, listened and understood what I would like in my replacement kitchen. I went back several times until I felt really happy with the design and colour. He was happy to explain the differences between the different ovens and hobs available. Even though I was a bit fussy and slow to decide they were always patient and welcoming. There was never any pressure for a decision, I am really thrilled with my new kitchen.

No idea where to begin with my experience! Too many compliments and not enough words. From the quality product, to the well knowledgeable designers to the the most efficient service I've ever encountered. WREN is so up there!. Can't recommend enough. This is a temp kitchen (flat pack range) but cannot wait to designed my real kitchen with them in few years time (infinity range). Their CAD system is amazing only enhanced by their 4D experience to help visualise the kitchen design and space. Whats important to understand here is that the image they give you is what you get; provided you have a good fitter or use their service. The only draw back which i hope you note if you are reading this, is when they took my kitchen measurements i wish they accounted for main water taps that lead into the house, pipe work/sockets that may fall behind integrated appliances which cause a problem as everything needs to be clear behind the appliance etc... this cased bit of a delay after the kitchen delivery as we had to reposition few pipes and sockets. Any hiccups we encountered along the journey was dealt with professionally and effectively, replacement parts, purchase of additional items (do bear in mind if the your kitchen goes into production and if you require additional items, there can be a slight variation in colour, which is understandable) I ordered a boiler unit 1 month after my kitchen delivery, although I can see a slight variation it only shows how exclusive this company is, producing on demand. And finally the perks you get when you go with Wren, they literally hold your hand and support you throughout the journey and dont just stop once the sale is made.
