I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Zara in Bromley due to the behaviour of one of the managers. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but her attitude was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. When I tried to explain that I had not worn the shirt I was returning, she repeatedly insisted that I had, even throwing the item onto the counter instead of handling the situation respectfully. She also made inappropriate comments, suggesting it would be β€œeasy to lie” by removing the tag something I never did. I felt completely disrespected, dismissed, and spoken to with zero care or customer service. No customer should be treated this way, especially by management. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to the Bromley Zara, and I genuinely hope the company looks into this incident. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated like that.

UNPROFESSIONAL, DISCRIMINATING. We have been regular customers at his branch but we will definitely not come back. The 2 staffs at the cashier and their shift/store manager had very discriminating behaviour towards Asian-looked customers. They even talked about customer in front us, which is absolutely no professional and I dont know if they assumed we didnt know English? The manager had similar attitude but still had to keep her face neutral but did not have any intention to apologise until we questioned. Clearly Zara is not doing great in their training although they are selling their pricing items. And if Zara have any policies against discrimination?

Queues are ridiculous at any given time and they prioritise returns over sales- was moved from one queue to go to the kids one as I was told by a staff member in the main section there was no customers over there. Still ended up waiting in that queue for ages due to returns... It’s always like this.however black ladies in kids were really efficient and got me in and out. I used to work in Bromley and it’s always stupidly long queues

I went to the store to pick up and online order and was spoken down to by every member of staff who all tried to pass me on to someone else. The manager would not give me the time of day despite me politely asking where to go to pick up my order. The store wasn’t even busy but the customer service was absolutely appalling. I never write reviews but I was left feeling so badly after going into the store that I felt I had to. The manager, needs a serious lesson in customer service, I have worked in retail and I understand it is stressful but there was no reason for the attitude she had towards me for simply asking where to pick up an order.

Hate this shop with a passion. Queues are always too long as not enough tills open - staff are always rude and unhelpful and the shop is always way too hot - my daughter nearly passed out once as she was queuing for so long

If I could rate 0 I absolutely would. I tried calling in to the store to find out if an item was still available and if it’s possible to reserve it. Someone literally kept cutting the phone on me. I tried several time and they just continued picking up the phone and hanging it straight away. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from such a high band store. I will never shop from there again.

Rude employees selling clothes that are way too expensive. There is M&S and Next outside (just to name a few). Womens fitting rooms only open at 12 and men's are closed even after that. I needed to try out some trousers and a very rude employee eventually let me in. My daughter was waiting for me, but yet another rude employee wanted her to leave. I had to open the curtain to explain to her that her colleague let me in. Very poor experience. To avoid at all costs.

It's ok, tiny mens and children's department. Big floor space, the staff in the womens department, drag the clothes if it's a long garment, along the floor back to the respective rails. Its wierd, the customer do it as well. They drag their purchases around while the browse, then put them back or check out at the till with garments they are satisfied with. I have taken a star away because the lighting is leden.
