I’ve lived in Leeds for years and didn’t know this place existed! It has a really welcoming atmosphere, staff were really cool and friendly ;I felt like I’d been there before in a dream , but in reality it was better ! I only stayed for two drinks , sat in the beer garden with an old friend for a bit , but I know I’ll be back. ☝️

Visited Woodies Craft & Ale House recently and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and had a great selection of craft ales to choose from. The food was well-prepared and came out quickly, and the overall vibe made it a perfect spot to relax. A special mention goes to Georgia, who provided outstanding service throughout the visit. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was spot-on without ever needing to be asked. Her professionalism and positive attitude added a lot to the experience. Highly recommend Woodies Craft & Ale House—and if you’re lucky enough to have Georgia serve you, you’re in good hands!
We went to Woodies as the start of the Otley run and we loved it so much, we stayed for six drinks. The atmosphere was incredible and the bar staff were amazing and kept everything moving as quickly and efficiently as possible. Great playlist too!
Decent beers on tap but had to queue to get in and it was far too busy to sit and enjoy a chat!
Not all menu items were available. This is becoming an issue in many pubs. The beer was good and the barmaid knew how to pull a good pint. I would recommend Woodies.
Me and my friend had a fabulous time at this pub, which has a vintage design including features like the barrels! The counter is well laid out and nicely styled, where we were served quickly and I enjoyed a cider pint. Music being played is a relaxing addition and the seating is comfortable, also cleanliness had been maintained!
*PART OF THE OTLEY RUN* Was hectic when we arrived on Saturday afternoon, so we were only able to be in the outside area. The outside area is really cool, but limited drinks selection. Could do with more heaters and umbrellas! Loving that they have their Progress Pale - 20p of every pint sold goes to LGBT+ charity.
