In terms of being a supplier they are second to none, they are very well organised and of course our ONLY showroom kitchen supplier. Our rep Callum Hope has supported us from the beginning always there if we need anything. We would thoroughly recommend TKC and will continue to use them for many years to come

I had a highly disappointing experience with TKC. I received an unsolicited delivery to my company address, despite not placing any order. Upon reaching out to their customer service, I was informed that it was an internal processing error, but they still insisted that I dispose of the goods at my own cost. What was even more concerning was the lack of urgency or responsibility shown in resolving the situation. I requested the collection of the items and the removal of my company’s details from their systems in line with UK GDPR, but I faced unnecessary delays and vague responses. The entire experience left me feeling frustrated and unheard, and it’s clear that their customer service needs significant improvement in both responsiveness and accountability. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Fantastic service and amazing staff!!! We had an issue with kitchen door hinges and they went above and beyond to help us Very friendly staff. Restored our faith in the human spirit. Would highly recommend this place.
Do not buy Vinyl Wrapped doors or draws as they are rubbish, they start to delaminate within 12 months, I have 24 kitchen doors most of which are delaminated and TKC. Co.Ltd have not responded to my complaint, they just ignore you. These units were supplied and fitted in our home by a Southport company, who I have also left a review about, namely Homestyle Kitchens Ltd, Southport, who, when going into voluntary liquidation the report showed, owed TKC Components Ltd a substantial amount of money, my own feeling is because Mr Alan Buxton now associated with Homestyle - Studios Ltd, Southport owed so much to TKC Components Ltd they just do not want to know or Honour any warranty and as the end customer we have been shafted by both companies. Avoid like the plaque Update!!! TKC.Co Ltd have responded, only to say they will not honour any warranty as the company who fitted their products in our home has ceased trading, so any warranty is null & void, unbelievable!!!, they offer no responsibility to the end customer of their products. They could give a discount on further purchases though, I somehow don't think I would trust their products and as pensioners we could not afford and should not have to replace these units again, especially within a warranty period. Very disappointed with this company. Please everyone if you are having a new kitchen or bedroom fitted, do be very very careful who you use.

Good quality kitchen components at reasonable cost. Has to wait 1 hour for prepaid replacement panel to be supplied on site. Otherwise 5 stars

Wait 4 weeks longer than told for the kitchen to be delivered to my kitchen Fitter which then cost me more in labour with the kitchen Fitter so we didn't loose our install slot. When the kitchen finally arrived we had a lot of stuff missing and cupboard doors which had come the wrong colour. We then waited 4 more weeks for the replacement doors to be painted. Had to drive from Stoke to Manchester to collect them because they couldn't deliver them. Got our kitchen Fitter back to fit them only to find when he opened the boxes that nothing had been painted even though they said the right colours on the boxes. I had to pay the kitchen Fitter for his wasted day because it wasn't his fault. That was 4 weeks ago now. We still have 10 cupboard doors, all the pelmit and 3 side panels missing. We were told by the company 4 weeks ago that they would rush the stuff through because it wa their fault. Avoid this company. No customer service and not bothered if the do things wrong.
Nice kitchen display at this trade only kitchen manufacturer. Only issue is that in order to get a plan done you have to go through a trades person that has an account with them. I’ve managed to find one and will be buying my kitchen from them. They can make things to your own bespoke measurements, and the cost is similar to Howdens, but much better quality! Difficult to find information on their contact details, but Google it and you’ll find it!
