   I ordered a 2000mm x 650mm worktop from Top Worktops via B&Q Marketplace. Instead of what I paid for, they delivered a 630mm-wide worktop, which is not as described. This was later confirmed by a B&Q store manager, when I returned it. When I tried to resolve the issue, Top Worktops did not accept responsibility. Instead, they falsely accused me of cutting the product myself. This was not only untrue but impossible, as the worktop was still sealed in its original wrapping. Even B&Q had to step in and refund me directly before Top Worktops took any action. Despite this, they continue to claim they have “evidence” that the correct size was supplied, yet they refuse to disclose it. It is obvious their so-called evidence is simply paperwork, which proves nothing about what was actually delivered. The way Top Worktops handled my complaint was appalling. Their response was obstructive, misleading, and dismissive from start to finish. Instead of admitting a clear mistake and resolving it, they doubled down, wasted my time, and caused me unnecessary expense for car hire and long-distance travel. In my experience, Top Worktops cannot be relied upon to supply what you order or to deal with complaints honestly. I strongly advise others to avoid them.

   Ordered Ash worktops from this company in December 2022. Received a call to discuss delivery date. Delivery as promised, guy’s who delivered were lovely, very polite and helpful. Quality of worktops was excellent. Excellent price and excellent service would highly recommend.

   Responsive, practical, technically very competent. Delivery arrived late at night when most drivers would have gone home. Worktops are stunning (wide stave old oak) cut outs for gas hob, sink and round Aga, beautifully cut and finished. Staff were friendly and eager to help. No more expensive than three other suppliers we had quote. Would recommend them to anyone.
